Dress code for parents at high school

I am guessing that a main reason that blacks have a 75% out of birth wedlock rate is because welfare programs promote this, and blacks are particularly attracted to welfare programs due to lower IQ levels.

It was not an "estimate" on my part, just a simple unveiling of the true statistic that 75% of black children are born to single mothers.

This is a really silly post.

The only difference between pajamas, a suit or jeans is what society has come to accept.

There is no right or wrong.

You are simply trying to impose your definition of what a societal norm should be.

Can't you see this?

Come on, man......there is a time and a place for everything. When you show up at the school for some reason wearing your shower cap and bathrobe, there is a message that is being sent with that action. It say that you couldn't even take the time to put on some damned clothes to come deal with something as important as your childs ****ing education. That is a damned shame.

As for your statement about it being about what society has come to accept.....you are right on that. Society shouldn't accept people not being able to take the time to at least dress for an occasion. I mean I'm gonna be real about it.....nothing makes me shake my head and lose faith in my fellow man more that going to Safeway and seeing some **** in a pair of pajama pants and slippers. It reeks of laze and the lack of a desire to be accepted in public.

At least you didn't finish it off by calling us the n-word.

Kudos for that I suppose.

Lets start with the part about being attracted to welfare due to lower IQ's.

According to Dr Rushton and other studies, lower IQs are a fact in this situation. Black people cling to welfare just like white people people cling to guns and religion. I am not sure that you are actually disputing anything so far.

The world is becoming more and more politically correct. Get used to it. I don't like it, but that is whats happening.
So no more MILf’s then, right?

Who in blue blazes is the Dr. Rushton whose opinion I'm supposed to allow to carry any weight?

You haven't provided anything worth disputing, other than your previous racist assed comment.

then share with us the 'other studies' upon which you relied to make that disparaging comment about low IQ

show us the facts that motivated you to offer such an opinion

Are you suggesting that Trumpets were not ashamed of their vulgar behaviors and beliefs before TRump came along?
No, I'm saying you have NO idea what you are talking about if you think Trump has anything to do with my position on school dress codes.

Of course they were, rightly so.

They were even ashamed to admit that they were going to vote for Trump.

Now they are all out in the open as if those behaviors are now somehow acceptable.
You're not even making sense any more. Our discussion is about why your position on school dress codes is stupid and now you're ranting stupidly about Trump, though he has absolutely nothing to do with anything.

Dr Rushton's ideas are banned from this site due to a previous ruling.

That in and of itself should tell you exactly how irrelevant anything he says is then....

Its not like the mods around here don't let some pretty loony **** get used as evidence for arguments. That being the case, if his **** is banned, it should tell you its even worse than loony.

I have long held the opinion that there should be a dress code for posting on DP. We have our standards, don't we? First to ban would be any and all text on clothing. The epitome of vulgarity.

Perhaps all posts should be accompanied by a certificate from two witnesses stating that the poster was modestly attired at the time of typing.

Let me go back and delete the thousands of posts where I was not attired at all

Well you did, maybe, provide us with a clue: "location - Grapeview".

I have no problem with dress codes. I have no problem with a school adopting one. I have no problem with schools setting standards of behavior on school property that apply to people who come onto school property. I think the idea behind this policy is fine, but my gut tells me this principle did not get this letter she wrote, expressing this policy cleared through the legal department or the school board. It was 'inartfully' drafted and that is going to cause major headaches.

The execution of this policy change was more offensive than the idea behind it.

How is it only partly true?
Partly true and completely racist is what I said.

It is true that out of wedlock births among African Americans is very high, but asserting that “blacks are particularly attracted to welfare programs due to lower IQ levels” is a despicable lie.

Referencing the late J.P. Rushton, who was widely criticized by others in the scientific community, and founder of a group who’s members include American sympathizers of Nazi eugenics programs further clarifies where your motives come from.
J. Philippe Rushton - Wikipedia
No surprise, if true, that forum mods forbid you from citing Rushton to support any of your crackpot, racially motivated lies.

Despite your feigned concern, your racist views are absolutely clear. Before you posted the below, race wasn’t part of the conversation. You were the one to go there.
Asking parents to be acceptable in public is difficult with inner city schools, where parents are the problem to start with. If we would simply cut off funds for welfare recipients who are able to work it would fix this monstrous problem. It is not "kind" to continue to allow black inner city communities to fail due to idiotic government policies
What about the brown inner city people? What about the white inner city people?

Yesterday I heard somebody say “aren’t parents supposed to embarrass their children”. I chuckled.

You seem to be confused about the topic of this thread. Why not read through it and try again?

To touch on your off topic posts, the majority of the hard working single mothers I know of all colors do present themselves professionally at school events and at the public inner city schools I go to every single person is dressed as expected with not a pajama in sight. So get off your high horse of stereotypes because you really are just showing how ignorant you are.
