They never seem to go berserk and kill a Black person who is getting all As in school...never or rarely do we hear about blacks w/ no criminal record unjustly killed by cops.

Cops are a problem in this country. But its not the cops, its the laws giving them power to arrest people for practically anything. Why that has been allowed is a mystery to me, its probably a foreign conspiracy to destroy the freedoms we have in this country. But I admit I haven’t looked into the origin of a lot of the laws in America but they seem to be getting more and more totalitarian.... that type of totalitarian thinking seems at home in places like England, our so called ally.

They also don't go berserk and kill guys like this either...

Patrick Crusius - Killed 23 people and surrendered to police still armed.

Robert Dear - Killed 3 people, including a police officer, and injured another 9 people. Walked out of the scene unharmed.

Dylan Roof - Killed 8 people and was apprehended still armed. Also apprehended alive.

Care to try to explain it?

Or this guy

A white man swinging an axe approached NYPD officers, watch how close he comes to cutting one of them. If this man was Black, this would have ended very differently.

And you're quite sure about that?

The Stolen Lives site hasn't been significantly updated since around 2007 because access to police data is being stifled by departments all around the country, thanks to police unions demanding, and getting, a quarantine on that data.

Did Kathryn Johnson (age 92) have a criminal record?
She might have, if the officers who shot her during a botched drug raid had actually gotten away with trying to plant drugs at the scene.

All three men pleaded guilty to federal charges of conspiracy to violate civil rights resulting in death. Smith and Junnier also pleaded guilty to state charges of voluntary manslaughter and making false statements, and Smith admitted to planting bags of marijuana in Johnston's home after her death.

But the larger point is, why are you bringing grades and criminal records into your attempted justification anyway?
It makes it sound as if you believe that if a person is black, if they are NOT getting all A's in school, or if they have a criminal record, they do not deserve due process under the law.

Policing isn't a means of settling a score, and it's not a business either, it's a SCIENCE and a professional understands that no matter who it is, they deserve, under the laws set forth in our Constitution (which they swear an oath to) due process under the law.

But no!
That's not enough for you!
Sounds like you want cops who can act as judge, jury and executioner.

Explain yourself and your hatred for our Constitution, please.

Didn't cops treat young Dylan to a cheeseburger on the way to the pokey?
It sounds almost as if the cops liked the fact that he killed nine black parishioners in church, so much so that they wanted to give him a treat.

Does Dylan Roof sound like a real name to you?

I have seen cops harrass ppl over virtually nothing. But they do this to all ppl, not just Blacks

For one thing I am sure police department are different from area to area

For another, in those cases, I don't recall suspect attacking the cops

THEY KILLED A TOTAL OF 34 PEOPLE!!!! If there was EVER a time for the cops to worry about getting harmed on the job, coming up on these individuals still armed after they had shown they had no qualms about killing people would have been that time.

But alas, they didn't fire one shot at any of them. Hell, they even bought one of them lunch.

So where did I say I approved of that?

It's stupid to buy a murderer lunch

These people are basically arguing, since some black people are unlikely to be killed by the police, unlike the riff-raff and minor criminals and people who are more flawed than them, all the others are the ones to be blame for not being like the first group, and killing them is ok to punish them for it.

They can't say their argument as they really mean it, because it's too absurdly wrong. Thing is, people have a right to be flawed and have only proportional punishment. Murdering them even if they did wrong is still murder. They're trying to justify the murders, and they have no case. They just can't understand accept that officers can ever be in the wrong for killing a black person, it seems. And that shows a problem the protests are about.

Way to ignore everything else I said.

Care to address the actual point of the post and not just the punchline?

I forget what the rest said..don't think it's worthwhile, though...just hack-ness, no doubt

Just a small problem with your emotive rantings

No one said anything remotely like that

Nice try...hack-ness, no doubt

Your surrender is duly noted.
You have absolutely zero defense, and it shows.
By the way, April 2020...respect is earned.
Your continual displays of attention seeking behavior and your obsession with straw man arguments fails to earn my respect.
Maybe when you learn how to actually debate something, I'll respond in kind.

And your continuing obsession with Alinsky tempts me to believe you just heard about the guy this morning, so he's a brand new shiny thing, which you know nothing about.
And I can prove it.
