Donnie Dirtbag Tells Farts and Friends That The Election May "Take Years" to Call

Trump, in '''Fox & Friends''' interview, warns it could take years to get election results with mass-mailed ballots | Fox News

This insane Rage Baby of a "president" will stop at nothing to stay in power. Every day this PoS is in office the Republic is in mortal danger.

I'm totally going to take someone who writes "Farts and Friends" seriously.

That aside, there is no mechanism in place for the President, or really any singular body or person to effect the elections. That's on the states to run how they see fit.

Not too late to apply for an absentee ballot. I highly recommend them especially for high risk groups, but I also believe most of the country would prefer to vote the old fashion way, exercising their right to vote by going to the polls.

Mail in ballots is a social construct the left concocted to parrot the line, the meanies, 'Trump and the GOP' wants to suppress the vote. There is no evidence of this.
Mail in ballots simply aren't needed, and of course, this my opinion.

Texas only has three criteria for eligibility for an absentee vote..
- be 65 years or older;
- be disabled;
- be out of the county on election day and during the period for early voting by personal appearance; or be confined in jail, but otherwise eligible.

There is absolutely NO difference between absentee ballot and a "mail in" ballot... NONE... nada... zip

I just heard what I think is a good suggestion. Let people vote at their precincts but allow three days for voting. This way the slowdown from social distancing would not disenfranchise any voter. They could also divide up the alphabet like day one last names beginning with A-H, day two I-Q, day three R-Z. And encourage those who are at high risk to request an absentee ballot.

Besides the juvenile choice for your title, this is where we part ways. He's not wrong when he said changing it to mail in votes could take a long time.

He's using the word "years" now instead of weeks and months. That's a dog whistle to his cult.

Why not give absentee ballots, which Trump is for, or simply allow the voter to go to the polls? Seems like a much better idea. Business as usual.

Absentee ballots are being sent out even now in some states. But, of course, Dirtbag is also attacking the PO and his new PMG is deliberately slowing down* mail delivery already to make sure it will be fully dysfunctional by Nov. 3rd. If you're advocating for voters to have choices, why not simply allow voters the choice not to subject themselves to the risk of a deadly virus?

Absentee ballots are mail in votes.

That's not my understanding though you mmv.

"An absentee ballot is sent in the mail, whereas a mail-in vote is mailed in. Sending ballots in the mail is famously secure, but mailing in votes is ripe for all kinds of fraud and confusion. An absentee ballot is filled out in pen or pencil, whereas a mail-in vote is filled in with ink or graphite."

My God. Did you even read what you posted?

"sent in the mail" vs. "mailed in"

"in pen or pencil" vs "ink or graphite".

The same thing.

It continues,

An absentee ballot is placed in an envelope, whereas a mail-in vote is enclosed in an envelope. The difference in security should be obvious. An absentee ballot must be signed, whereas a mail-in vote requires a signature. An envelope containing an absentee ballot must be closed securely, while an envelope containing a mail-in vote must be sealed. On an absentee ballot, a voter marks their preferred candidates, but on a mail-in vote, a voter fills in the ballot to indicate the candidates of their choice. An absentee ballot is cast by a Republican, whereas a mail-in vote is sent by a Democrat.

Petri was mocking YOU, the people who try to claim absentee and mail-in ballots are different.

We already have early in-person voting in many states and Dirtbag is trying to shut that down as well. Next suggestion...

These people are foundering and "floundering."

He is, and it is not the same thing as president pro tem, which would just be someone to fill the office until the results came in. It would go to the speaker of the house, since both the president and ice president would have their term finished. Now, there would be tons of fighting and legal challenges, and thankfully it will almost certainly not happen, but in theory that is what happens.

Are you using the term "president pro-tem" for anyone in the line of succession to the presidency?

That is a joke article. Note the last line:

An absentee ballot is cast by a Republican, whereas a mail-in vote is sent by a Democrat.

Your team has labels for almost "everything". There is no proof that he wants to "suppress the vote"...

What's wrong with absentee voting and people going to the polls?
Oh that's right... NOTHING. :)

You assume that which you do not know to belie the fact that I have no team or affiliation with a political party because you like to lie like Trump does. If he had zero intentions of not suppressing them he would allow the states and the federal laws to function as written in 2006 and 2013 as they were written on voting sources that allow states to choose how they conduct elections...He would abstain from casting false nets to scare people, essentially all Trump does is blow hot air.

Simply amazing how dumbed down they can be to support their king.

Texas has rejected absentee ballots for high risk voters...

Because there are already states that have used mass mailing voting for several years and the world has not ended. The real question is why does Trump want to continue to use voter suppression in the USA?

And the real answer is because unless Trump and the Trump Klan Party repugs suppress votes from Americans, they cannot win presidential elections in the United States of America. They'll do whatever they can get away with as far as cheating to win, it's what they're known for.

I'm totally dependent on what the Cult of Dirtbag thinks of me.

More childishness. Keep it up. This is really building your credibility. People will stop and listen to you with this level of discourse.

Actually, Trump thinks he's right on this, because he's the one that will cause the delay with his Postal Service tampering. If he does this and loses it's certain prison for him and DeJoy, so that's why I feel there's backup plans. Can you say Constitutional crises?

Donald Trump is the most immature man I've ever seen.

No self respecting, strong adult Southern male would normally put up with such a cry baby.

Too funny.

Yet, very un-funny at the same time. These people are out to destroy our democratic processes. Yes, they're clownish but more and more like this kind:
