Donald Trump must resign for coronavirus

Well, actually, yes. Voting for Trump was many American's way of flipping Washington the bird. And the more he seems to fly over the cuckoo's nest, they more they seem to love him. Many see him as a revolutionary defying people they hate. Policy be damned. It's more like, "Take that America! And we're going to re-elect the mother****er anyway!."

Actually, Trump got more than 60 million votes. 62,979,879 people voted for him actually. But his competitor received 2.87 million MORE votes than he did. So, if I was a Trumper, I would try to stay away from that fact when touting how many people voted for Trump.

And you are correct. Since the GOP senate did not have the courage to stand up for what is right and put party over law, he now needs to be VOTED out. That's the American way.
And that's the plan.

But as far as his handling of the Covid-19 outbreak, just add it to his long list of ****-up's.

Did you happen to watch the videos of both the mayor of New York and the states top head Health official telling people to go about business as usually even after the obvious out break of the virus.

The main reason I think he should resign is because he is bat-**** crazy and mentally unstable. (Not to mention a downright embarrassment.

COVID-19 is not Trumps fault. . . his expert handling of this crisis will be the reason he gets re-elected. That and the fact that his opponent is senile and unqualified to be POTUS.

Even as someone who didn't vote for Trump, I believe he has done a better job thus far handling corona than Bush handled 9-11.

We really don't know what will happen in the coming months or if Trump will be re-elected, but Bush was re-elected in 2004 after diverting us to Iraq. That was the biggest boondoggle of a war the USA was ever involved in - even more so than Vietnam.

Trump wasn’t voted into office to govern. He was voted into office to be “turned into a missile and aimed at Washington.” For that reason, he’s not being graded by Republicans on his performance as far as governance goes, so there’s no scenario in which he’ll resign.

I don't blame Trump for the Corona Virus. Any president probably would have been caught flatfooted over this. Could he have handled it better, sure. Could we and our two major parties come together to fight this thing, you betcha. We pulled together as a nation right after 9-11, we could have done the same here. But there is a huge unwillingness in today's very polarized and ultra high partisan era of politics we've entered in.

Trump hasn't helped matter much continuing to create needless feuds and his name calling. He also hasn't reached out to the other side for help on this. The other side hasn't offered any help either. It seems each side is playing this for a political advantage come November.

Our problem in this era is we just can't get past our partisan politics.

I actually like the team President Trump has assembled to fight this virus. President Trump doesn't need to be an expert virologist. He just needs the ability to pick good people who are experts. I believe he's done that expertly.
