Re: Do you know me? I was at a white supremacists' rally.

I guess we should take picture of the people at BLM rallies and Antifa rallies and find their employeers too, right?

"Why won't someone think of the Nazis?"

I dunno, do BLM and Antifa support genocide?

You are thinking to small, we clearly need a congressional sub committee to out any subverse ideologies and octricize them from attaining gainful employment

what's good for the goose is good for the gander, right?

Absolutely. But why is your response to Nazis being called Nazis "Them darn BLM and ANTIFAs not looking as bad as Nazis!"

Re: Do you know me? I was at a white supremacists' rally.

Very hard to have any sympathy at all for anyone who might lose their job for being "outed" as an American 2017 Nazi.

Nope. Not gonna lose any sleep over it.

They support supremacy of a race or gender, so ya i lump them all in the same catergory. I tend to not care what some idoit believe as they sit on a corner. I only care when their ideals start interjecting into our government cuz that effects me.
I support a color blind society, neither BLM, Antifa, Nazis, or KKK member support a color blind society.

BLM advocate redress of the disparity in social and economic outcomes of black people, Antifa are opposed to Fascism. Nazis and the KKK advocate totalitarianism, anti-constitutionalism, ethnic cleansing and genocide. I'm not sure how you draw a moral equivalence.

BLM and ANTIFA at worst, has had a couple of riots and will most likely fall into political obscurity in about a year or two. The Nazi party caused a second World War and lead to mass genocide.

But yeah, I guess Ferguson was bad enough to warrant a comparison to literal Nazis.

I tend to not care what some idoit believe as they sit on a corner. I only care when their ideals start interjecting into our government cuz that effects me.

And what rapid political change has been the result of BLM and ANTFIA exactly? Last time I checked, the GOP is still in control of every branch of government presently, and it isn't like the Democrats are seeking their endorsement either.

I support a color blind society, neither BLM, Antifa, Nazis, or KKK member support a color blind society.

So then why are you so obsessed with BLM?

Re: Do you know me? I was at a white supremacists' rally.

When you go public - you get what comes with it.

Re: Do you know me? I was at a white supremacists' rally.

BLM seems to want to kill cops and Antifa is active in busting people over the heads with bicycle locks and both of them LOVE to set things on fire.

Yes, but those are actions of individuals, not overall goals of the group. The goal of Nazis is genocide. One can belong to BLM and not set **** on fire or shoot cops, one can't be a Nazi without belief in genocide and/or ethnic cleansing.

So that's a "no" then?

Re: Do you know me? I was at a white supremacists' rally.

I guess since we're doing guilt by association, anyone who attended a BLM rally is a violent anti-cop criminal and all Antifa are rioting extremist thugs?

Apparently the nickel head club can't seem to grasp that a large segment of the protesters in Virginia were simply proud southerns who were appalled at the whitewashing of their heritage.

Re: Do you know me? I was at a white supremacists' rally.

I have absolutely no love for Nazis. However, this kind of thing may give a good sense of self-rightous satisfaction but is contrary to American values.

Using guilt by association or trying to publicly shame a private citizen exercising their free speech rights is unacceptable. If any of them were engaged in the violence, name names and make them famous. Otherwise, let private citizens be private citizens.

I didn't contribute any money during the last Presidential campaign. The overriding reason was not because of a lack of motivation but the real chilling effect of the IRS targeting Republicans and right-leaning groups. No one needs to know my personal or political affiliations unless I choose to tell them. Being at a public rally does not constitute "telling the world". Although they should be ashamed, public shaming simply justifies the same thing for any other "value" where people disagree.

How would public shaming of the Nazis be any different from public shaming of private citizens at a gay pride parade or BLM or Antifa rally? Do we start publishing photos of NAMBLA supporters next? Do we send memes of modern day Wiccans to people and ask "Is this your employee?" Do we start hounding private citizens for not supporting Israel or being a communist or being in the sex industry?

This is McCarthyism for the 21st century.

Re: Do you know me? I was at a white supremacists' rally.

No. Trying to get people fired for their political views is abhorrent. It's an attempt to suppress free speech, and I don't support it at all.

The left are censor Nazis; they've wanted to scrub 'offensive' language from the internet for years, now they want to get people fired for going to a rally. They have become the prudish puritans that Republicans were in the 1960's.

"Simply proud southerns ( southerners?)".

They can be proud of their confederate heritage but they also need to admit they lost and move on with America.

Interesting that Americans of Mexican heritage get lambasted for waving Mexican flags in former Mexican territory or speaking Spanish by the same people who are so passionate about preserving heritage. We have to fully assimilate to be "American", why can't you?

Let's show a completely naked chick cursing on TV and see which side that offends. Let's not act like both sides don't want to censor things they think are bad.

The republicans are still like that. Both sides do it, they just want to censor different things.

Not sure where you live, but in California there are tons of Latinos that still say things like, 'this is our land', Europeans stole this land, etc. And that war happened before the Civil War.
