DJT's Fake News Awards

Amusingly, all the winners have a better record for accuracy than Trump. I wonder what that says...

I didn't click on the link, but I'm going to guess that all the incorrect stories were corrected by the same news vendors that made those errors. So, uh, how many of the 2000+ false or misleading statements has Trump corrected?

Challenging your leftist paradigm can be frightening. It's probably you don't do that, you may learn something new. :)

Why was FOX snubbed? Strange.

Why did you respond to him with something totally unrelated to what he said? Where you unable to counter what he said?

Is Trump dishonest? Or just portrayed as such?

Serial liars tend to be portrayed as dishonest. It's the label that one is in risk of adopting if one lies all the time. I assume that this is why you yourself don't lie to everybody you know in real life.

Trump: "JUMP!"

Most of DP's right: "How high shall we jump?"

Trump: "This high! NOW JUMP!"

Most of DP's Right: /make threads & posts bragging to liberals about how high they jumped.

It's amazing that anyone owns so few mirrors that they are acting like Trump calling things "fake" is worth anything. But he calls it an award and you're suddenly fawning over the same-old childish name-calling schtick.

It's a legitimate question: of all the 2000+ false and misleading statements Trump has made, how many of them has he corrected or apologized for. For that matter, did Fox apologize for the Seth Rich story?

Except, of course, in cases of the political left. Then it's ignored, for the overwhelming vast majority of the time.

Why not is obvious. Rather surprised that it isn't obvious to you, but then that may say something about you. I dunno.

I don't need a road map to tell me why you don't want to answer the question.

You can imagine all you want, but I refuse to answer "Have you stopped beating your wife" type bull**** questions, that you always seem to come up with.

The stupid dishonesty just got stupider and

The #1 winner was a ****ing OPINION piece, predicting what might happen after the election. Opinion pieces, by virtue of being labeled "opinion", are NOT NEWS, especially when they are opinions about what might happen in the future.

The big winner — though of what was unclear — was New York Times columnist and Nobel Prize winner Paul Krugman, who predicted in 2016 that the stock market would be decimated by Trump’s electoral victory. That column turned out to be very wrong — the stock market has been sizzling for the past year, as Trump has repeatedly noted. But Krugman’s errant call was both an opinion and a prediction, rather than news reporting, calling into question whether it belonged on a list intended to highlight, as Trump put it on Twitter, “the most corrupt & biased of the Mainstream Media.”

And the piece in question:

Most leading economist predicted for Trump's first year things would look good, then they would tank in the 2nd year.

So it's 'errors' for them and 'lies' for Trump? If Trump came out and made 'corrections' would you still call him a liar? Yeah, you would. So your argument is not valid.

I love how the GOP sponsored this crap on their website. What a worthless sack of crap the modern day GOP is. They are happy that Trump signed their precious tax cuts for the wealthy, so they are willing to placate him with this drivel. And of course, the GOP base loves this nonsense. Anything to keep the Republican voters riled up and angry so they can continue voting Republican.

The stupid dishonesty just got stupider and

....and more dishonest.

What is it with clients calling me and interrupting my time wasting? Bleh!

The idiot (Trump) claimed that the biggest piece of fake news was an opinion article labeled "OPINION", but here you are going through the typical routine of playing games and trying to *get* liberals on DP to deflect from Trump's stupid dishonesty.

And before you restate the stupid lie from the other thread, no, we are not talking about "people" who "doubt" news. We are talking about Trump calling left-leaning news "fake news".

"Fake" is a word. Words have meanings.

News at 11.

You can imagine all you want, but I refuse to answer "Have you stopped beating your wife" type bull**** questions, that you always seem to come up with.

You're confused. A "have you stopped beating your wife" version of my question would have been "When have you stopped lying?" Instead, I asked, "Explain why don't you lie to everybody around you in real life?" The assumption in this question is that you don't lie to everybody. So with the assumption being that you don't lie being a given, why don't you lie to everybody around you in real life?" You're extremely squirrelly about answering this question, and we all know why.

So it's 'errors' for them and 'lies' for Trump? If Trump came out and made 'corrections' would you still call him a liar? Yeah, you would. So your argument is not valid.

It's notable that you have to qualify your statement with "if," meaning you're well aware that Trump has never corrected or apologized for the 2000+ false and misleading statements he's made since inauguration alone. What's also notable is your attempt to deflect from my statement by attacking me personally with assumptions about a hypothetical thing I've never done.

. . .

You've made a habit of playing word games, and I'm just not playing. Nothing can be inferred from that, other than I'm not playing word games with you.

Again, nobody here needs a roadmap to tell them why you're running away from the question.

Again, fevered imagination coupled with mind reading. Creative, I'll give you that, but not much more than that.
