No, it is NOT 'factual' that they're under audit. The IRS usually starts these audits within a year after a return is filed, and wraps them up within three to six months. Trump said he was under audit in 2015, it's 4 years later. Are we to believe he's still under audit for tax returns from 2014? That's absurd.
