I'm not against that. The trouble with Democrats is that if we give them DACA with no border security, the country will be doing DACA after DACA after DACA. I'm actually OK with complete and total Amnesty for even more than the 700,000 as long as we get serious from there on out. But, part of the deal (for me) would be border wall, elimination of the law that allows people to come here illegally and then claim asylum after the fact, the elimination of sanctuary cities, sanctuary states, letting illegals have driver's license, free education, free healthcare, allowing them to vote in local elections, and not count illegals on the census. I would also be fine with e-verify. But, we have to get serious about this issue. Really serious, not pretend serious and this also includes those who come here and overstay their visas. Maybe we need to find a way to profile those most at risk.

They know once they illegally cross the border all they have to do is let themselves be arrested, claim asylum, and have Uncle Sam take care of them. The employment argument is bogus because if we clamped down on jobs then the left would want to take care of these people anyway for humanitarian reasons.
