Comey Branded as Criminal in Connection with his Actions as FBI Director

in fact the person highlighted it for you that said that some of the information in them was classified.

so why do you continue to be dishonest?

actually they can claim ownership of personal memo's if that information has to do with government business.

Absolutely! We Trump at the top of every GOP ticket in the country. That way, every voter will see Trump's name before they see the GOP senator's name. It will help them decide how to vote.

The last thing the Democrats need is a GOP presidential candidate who looks reasonable, empathetic and rationale and coherent (that would include virtually anyone but Trump).

This is why they want to face Trump. Trump is a golden candidate to run against. After his monumental failure of an administration his numbers are in the toilet and they can hang the entire debacle directly on his shoulders. The last person the Democrats want to run against is someone who can take none of the blame for the previous four years. Donald Trump is going to be the reason the Democrats win in 2020. The shoe is on the other foot for the GOP. Put up a bad enough candidate, and ANYONE can become president, as was proven in 2016. I predict that it will be a matter of historical irony that the GOP did NOT insist on impeaching Donald Trump.

This is not true. The government most certainly cannot claim ownership of any personal memos. They can only prosecute for leaking classified information, or terminate the employee. Since Comey was already fired, and they declined to prosecute, I think you have your answer. Comey leaked no classified information to anyone.

No this never happened. You're getting bad information. Comey violated FBI policies by sharing ONE memo containing UNCLASSIFIED information with a friend. "The inspector general found no evidence that Comey or his lawyers had ever shared any classified information with the news media."

You seem to support the abuse of power by crooked cops. I am terrified that our cops are dirty and that the system seems to protect them.

Why are you happy with corruption? Do you only support abuse of power by cops against Trump? How about Hillary? How about minority kids in the bad part of town?

As a society we grant unusual authority and power to the law enforcement folks. When they abuse it, they need to be disciplined strongly and quickly.

Mel Brooks was a comic genius who probably could not have made the plays and movies that made him famous in today's world restrained by the snowflakes running things today.
 
The decision to prosecute or not falls to the Attorney General. This one clearly takes his orders from the president. I believe Trump would orgasm if Comey were prosecuted. However, the AG has very likely informed Trump that a prosecution of Comey would undoubtedly result in an acquittal, based on the facts.

Same thing with Hillary.

Let me know when Comey is convicted of a crime. Then you can call him a criminal. Until then, pick up a copy of the Constitution at your local kiddie library and understand the concept of "innocent until proven guilty".

I'm not terrified that there are so many crooked cops, but I am disappointed.

There are a few good men within the FBI, but they are a distinct minority.

J. Edgar Hoover set the bar very low for the FBI from the beginning, but there are a few good men.

Mueller and Comey and quite a few more are scoundrels.

My opinion on the innocence or guilt of these squirming snakes means nothing.

However, my opinion is an honest one.

Honesty and adherence to principles and procedures confuses those who defend these traitors. Lying and leaking seems to be what is respected in these circles.

Emails between McCabe and Comey reveal the slime they were swimming in every day. I hope they all die in jail.

Hopefully, the work of Horowitz and Durham will uncover the nature and extent of the devious and deceitful actions these traitors conducted under the guise of their daily duties.

As I said, law enforcement officials are granted unusual authority and we need to assure that they are not abusing that authority.

Severe and direct punishment of those who do abuse this authority is our only hope and our only tool.

Corruption is not defined by party affiliation. Whatever party the crook is supported by makes no difference. CNN and NBC don't seem to understand this or, in practice, simply choose to support the lies.
