So the citizens of Trump Fan Nation have been telling us for months that the Mueller report was going to result in all sorts of terrible issues for these people, and they were going to all be locked up. Has anyone found the pages in the Mueller report yet that basically exposes all of the heinous crimes these people committed, and when can we expect these indictments to be handed down?

The word on the street is that's why Mueller wrapped up, he started getting too deep and it was pointing to them so he had to stop to protect the real criminals from getting indicted.

Seriously.

This is why Mueller finally finished his investigation

They're in all the redacted parts.

I'll bet twenty dollars that's already been said here.

See, this is why I wouldn't make a good conspiracy theorist. My proposed conspiracy theory has an end point that is ultimately falsifiable. A really good conspiracy theory, like yours, is open-ended and never falsifiable.

What in the everlasting ****???

I swear, the absolute level of ignorance in Trump Fan Nation hasn't been seen since a November day in Guyana in 1978.
Isn't it?

I swear, it seems like whenever an indisputable key piece of evidence comes-up, where it makes a pivotal point, these Trump guys come at it claiming it is something it is not. It's like they're trying to nullify the evidence itself, through fictitious claim. And I'm seeing it over and over. It's like living in a Fox News created world ...

The citizens of Trump Fan Nation have been avoiding the question.

The CT that Americanwoman shared will be the official Republican line before the day is over. It's so trump-supporter. It has that perfect blend of stupidity and non-refutability.

The ultimate example of the efficacy of this Trumpian technique, is that he got a sitting President to display his birth cert to prove his validity as a President!

It was a despicable & deplorable day; I never forgave Obama for acquiescing to that. He should have told Trump to take a Flying Fudge. I would have.

And yet, somehow, Obama did succeed in putting that to rest. Interestingly, that technique doesn't work for everybody.

Obama provides birth certificate, proving claim that he's a legit American citizen. Outcome: the birther conspiracy is blown up.

Elizabeth Warren gives DNA evidence proving that she has Native American ancestry, which was literally her only claim. Outcome: the DNA test move completely blows up in her face.

What was the difference here?

Ans: Warren's claim is dubious, at best.

But regardless, I'm still pissed Obama stooped to Trump's level. It was beyond the weight & dignity of the office, IMO.

Oh my ****ing God. My head is spinning with the sheer ignorance in that thread. I should volunteer at the 1st grade down the road. I would have more cerebral discussions with the 7 year olds than I would with anyone on that thread.

I wish Obama hadn't done it myself, considering nobody with a functioning brain (translation - not Trump or the Birthers or most of the Trump supporters) thought Obama was born in Kenya. But that said, it shut them up. As far as Warren, I disagree. She always said she had NA ancestry, and her DNA test proved it. And I don't like the woman at all so it pains me to say it, but that's like saying "My dog has poodle in him", taking a DNA test which shows a small amount of poodle in him, and then showing it to people who say "There is no poodle in him". The test proves otherwise. Warren's test proved her family lore to be correct.

Some of these arguments are getting so incomprehensible, I often can't understand the point they're making or the logic they're using.

I feel like I'm living in an Orwellian land of Newspeak & Doublespeak!

Yeah Tres, but my understanding is her trace of NA blood is lower than it is in the general population! That's not exactly a ringing endorsement!

She never made a ****ing claim of how much NA blood she had in her, just that she had NA ancestry! That's it!!

Sorry. Sorry.

I'm calm now.

Can you post something so I can see what is the average of NA blood in the general population? I have none. My husband has none. Our spouses' siblings' spouses have none. None of my friends do. What percentage of the 320 million Americans have Native American heritage?

The trace is what she claimed. 5-6 generations ago, maternal.

The range of the results were about 6-9 generations, maternal. The 1/1024 number is 9 generations. 8 generations would be 1/512. 7 is 1/256, 6 is 1/128, 5 is 1/64.

Opponents sport the 9 generations number while ignoring the results included her claimed 6 generations maternal ancestry.

The results also say 1/124, which is what she claimed ("great great great grandmother").

Of course, we could accept only the far range on the test and say the possibility of 1/1024 "proves" her a liar.

If I say my maternal grandmother of 5-6 generations ago was X, and the test results show that 6-9 generations ago, I had a maternal X grandmother... I'm counting that as a win.

The thread refers to persons known to be serial liars, but no comments directed to this issue. Whzzat?

I was referring to the actual test results, obviously.

I think the issue here is whether an NA relative, 6-10 gens back, would qualify one to enter law school with minority "Native American women" status. I don't know, but I suspect the answer technically is 'yes', similar to the African-American "one drop" rule.

But by Warren releasing a test showing she had no more NA blood than the great many of us, I think she unnecessarily fanned the flames, and it appears to me she did more political damage to herself than help.
