Have sane Republicans given up hope of taking their Party Back? If so i, as an Independent, am disheartened, I know that there are still good Conservatives out there and if they are done then they need to start a new Party that goes back to their core values and ideals, believe me you would be surprised how many would join you. The Republican Party has been hurtling toward this end point for forty years, starting with Reagan and the culture wars, and the marriage of the GOP to the Christian Right and the NRA. Since then the country has been fracturing with ever greater speed with Republicans turning ever more to fascism, assisted with the daily propaganda of Fox News.

I honestly have no idea if enough of the infrastructure of our electoral system will be in place to allow Democrats to turn it around come 2020, since Republicans have been dismantling it in an increasing multitude of forms after Shelby County vs. Holder, and since Republicans have welcomed continued interference by Russians.

No "we" don't have the full report, Barr has the "full" report and he seems to be lying about it. Don't go circular either, BARR and Justice are the only ones that know what's in the full report and Barr has shown himself to be a liar.

None of it matters in Barr's opinion. He made the claim that all the president needs to do is CLAIM that he's being unfairly prosecuted or investigated, and that gives him every right to fire investigators and shut the whole thing down. Amazing, coming from the AG. Barr has no idea how our system of checks and balances is supposed to work. This is how he got the job as Trump's little pet AG, by claiming that the president is above the law.

The bull**** part is "Barr stated ..." -- he did so without bothering to even look at the evidence. He actually admitted that. Mueller himself, who did the investigating and wrote the report, has raised the BS flag on Barr.

The lie: "... did not reach a determination on obstruction charges either way, ..."

Mueller made at least 10 solid cases for Trump's attempts at obstruction and abuse of power. His special council rules, for some strange reason, made him hesitant to indict the president, so he duly presented his findings for congress to take the next steps. It's all there in Volume II. RTFR!

Barr issued his four page summary on March 24. Mueller both called Barr, then went to paper, in order to dispute Barr's false claims of Trump's exoneration on March 27. In early April, Barr went before congress and was asked if Mueller agreed with his assessment of Trump's exoneration. He said "I don't know." That was a blatant ****ing lie, said while under oath.

In his summary of Mueller's report, Barr stated that he and Rosenstein had decided that no obstruction took place. He made that statement in spite of the 10 or so clear obstruction cases that Mueller laid out in the report, to which he directed congress' attention for further action. Barr made that exoneration statement without bothering to even look at the evidence, as he admitted yesterday to Senator Harris.

Good grief. Don't you read? Haven't you been paying any attention? See Volume II of the report. Mueller's rules, in his opinion, prevented him from indicted a sitting president, so he laid out the evidence and his finding for congress to take action.
