No. The fact that blacks commit more crimes mean they have more interactions with police. So the chance of some of those interactions going bad is higher.

While this is true, white people are murdered about twice as often by African Americans as African Americans are murdered by white people, according to the F.B.I.

I mean, at about half the rate white people are killed by African Americans. The title of this thread is "Blacks and Crime". If you want to exclude African Americans who commit crimes and only talk about police, you may wish to start a new thread? Stay on topic.
