Exculpatory evidence was withheld, and that's a fact.
That's an opinion.
And, more importantly, there is THIS little FACT from Flynn's signed and agreed-to plea deal.
Flynn agreed to “forego the right to any further discovery or disclosures of information not already provided at the time of the entry of Flynn’s guilty plea"...and then Flynn explicitly reiterated that he understood and agreed to that clause...under penalty of perjury....directly to Judge Sullivan's face...at his plea hearing.
Kinda hard to say "I am guilty of the crimes in question" and "I willingly plead guilty to my crimes"....and then say "never mind". The above statement by Flynn pretty much rules that out...UNLESS there is a corrupt AG appointed at a later date.
The corruption in this case came from Barr. That's why well over a THOUSAND former federal judges and prosecutors (conservative and liberal alike) penned a long brief to condemn the behavior of the DOJ under Barr's direction.
