Black Judge in Flynn case continues to defy higher court order to drop the flawed case

Wrong. If Flynn had been a close associate of the Clinton's he would now be kicked back in the Bahamas enjoying the financial rewards of a lifetime of political corruption, not in jail.

Blacks in BLM have made it no secret they are out to destroy Trump. Democrats in the democrat Mueller lynch mob were out to destroy Trump. Crooked prosecutors and judges in the Flynn case were out to destroy Trump. Why should I not make a connection with the unjustified hatred of whites and Trump as expressed nearly every day by Black Lives Matter gangsters and the unjust actions of this black judge?

I would not be opposed to the judge if he had not demonstrated his political bias against Trump and associates by breaking with judicial standards and rules and defying a court order to dismiss the corrupted case against Flynn. I applaud all his good decisions of the past.

That's the problem with your argument, you have NO idea what the "judicial standards and rules " are except what you have been fed by media that often has no idea what they are talking about. Judge Sullivan is not "defying a court order" he IS following the judicial standards and rules.

If the panels decision is held, it will place the judiciary as subservient to the executive branch and the implications will carry on well past this case.

The defense and protection of the state and of the United States is an obligation of all persons within the state. The legislature shall provide for the discharge of this obligation and for the maintenance and regulation of an organized militia.
