Black Judge in Flynn case continues to defy higher court order to drop the flawed case

The Civil War is over. Only bad people keep trying to make it an issue in modern America.

Judge Sullivan's suspect attitudes towards whites are just as relevant as Trump's suspect attitudes towards blacks if we are going to legitimize suspect attitudes. Am I right? Democrats have been falsely accusing Trump and his administration of racism. Could this be why the black judge refuses to obey the court order to drop the charges against a former Trump official? It bears consideration.

The actions by this judge would be all over the news if it were a conservative judge defying a higher court decision. Liberals will not cover this because it shows how liberal bias refuses to follow the law when they don't like the outcome.

Every race is capable of racism, do you understand that? Why would someone be immune to being racist because they're black? There's a concern that he's leaning towards one of his own, which is something a judge shouldn't ever do.

Well, because of the skin color of this judge, you will be called a racist by the crazy left....it's all they got. I always thought when both the prosecution and defense agree to drop all charges, it's over, as the judge no longer has power to continue.....so apparently this guy has gone rogue for political purposes. I think it's funny to watch these liberal nutcases make up the law as they go....it makes the entire left look like sore losers and will greatly prevent people from voting democrat.....so, I say keep up the good work.

The constitution is even older, should we dismiss it as old and irrelevant too? Only bad people want to dismiss slavery like it didn't exist.

I am a little surprised he would take it that far.

given the nature of the case they could do a full court hearing but
the odds of it unless there is something specifically so astounding that differs from the panel ruling
i doubt they will do it.
