Are You OK With A Racist President, Republicans?

My father and mother both began their lives behind an Iron Curtain in the United Soviet Socialist Republic prior to becoming naturalized US citizens.

I myself am a proud 1st generation American born US citizen but I've been fairly well schooled on life in a Marxist/Leninist police state as well as a few other "collectives".

Please excuse me for not responding to the rest of this unsubstantiated hate propaganda.

If you have any complaints trump wants you to go back where you came from

Are You OK with being told what to think with never a smidgen of consideration to the ridiculousness of the non-stop propaganda which obviously controls your every thought, word, and opinion?

The accusation that Trump's tweet is an indication of "racism" is based entirely on the assumption that this so-called "racist trope" has only been aimed at America's minorities.

But historically it has predominately been white anti-America dissidents(usually Marxists) that were told "if you hate it here so much, why don't you just leave".(or some similar variation)

ie; it has absolutely nothing to do with an individual's race, ethnicity, or religion but their refusal to assimilate into the unique western culture of Americanism who instead conspires to subvert it.

On its face you be correct true but Trump has a history of racism so it's rational to assume that his motivation was racist

I'm sure you've been well schooled on "life in a Marxist/Leninist police state and other collectives".

Previously you claimed that, American Marxists were spreading lies about nationalists. "All this baggage you believe is attached to Nationalism are the lies of Marxist propaganda created to redirect people's loyalty from country to collective in which the individual no longer exists". Still waiting to find out where all these Marxists are. I know one. He teaches at Hobart in Geneva, New York. A gentle soul, I doubt if he is the one spreading lies about nationalists. And not one of my comments about nationalism is unsubstantiated.

So, you're excused. Just try not to post any more unsubstantiated hate propaganda about Democrats/liberals.

I suppose my patriotism and love of country would indicate a sense of "nationalism" although I can't imagine how anyone could believe it involves "race".

Patriotism and Love of Country are American virtues with absolutely no racial or religious restrictions.

Trump's most fervent critics are the ones who oppose his enforcement of Constitutional law and his desire to close the loopholes of misapplied Constitutional law.

Only when such "criticism" threatens the fundamental foundation and core values of the Constitutional Republic from which the United States sprang forth.

Violation of any US Immigration Law is a Major Crime.....because;
When a crime is tolerated ~ it becomes flagrant
When a crime is rewarded ~ it becomes epidemic
No Amnesty No ExceptionThis is preposterous...It is not now nor has it ever been how the United States operates; neither nationally or internationally.

All this baggage you believe is attached to Nationalism are the lies of Marxist propaganda created to redirect people's loyalty from country to collective in which the individual no longer exists.

Your propaganda has directed you to believe that Nationalists:
Must be cold and uncaring of the poor and oppressed.....Lie
Must hate other nations and people in order to love their own.....Lie
Must be separate from and above the other nations of the world.....Lie
Must fear foreigners, reject travel and eliminate all immigration.....Lie

Be assured; no true Nationalist has ever had these fears, felt these feelings nor sought seclusion.

And it's possible to secure the border and enforce immigration laws and still be compassionate.

And it's entirely possible to be caring and generous without forever burying the US deeper in debt.

And Nationalists are not the type of folks with ridiculous expectations of "having everything they want".

But Nationalists are the type that expects to have everything they've worked for and earned.

Sounds like you are missing the the police state.

You attended Hobart? That's the school that saved Cornell's Lacrosse win streak by beating North Carolina-84 or 85 as I recall. Marxists do lie though-constantly.

Did Yale ever beat Cornell?

Yale won the national Lacrosse championships last year IIRC. When I was in college, Yale used to crush Cornell in Football, Tennis, Squash, Crew. Our JV Squash team would beat the Cornell varsity. That has changed in the last 8-9 years though. Lacrosse and Hockey-not so much, but Yale won the NCAA Hockey title within the last 4-5 years, and Lacrosse last year. Cornell's big advantage in the 70s in Hockey was that Cornell recruited Canadian players first. In Lacrosse, the four hotbeds of HS Lacrosse were Upstate NY, the Baltimore Area, the New England Prep Schools, and Long Island. Hopkins, MD, and Virginia tended to get the cream of the Baltimore players. Cornell and Syracuse the upstate NY kids, and a bunch of the long island Laxers, while places Like Harvard, Yale, Princeton, and Dartmouth fought for the kids coming out of St Pauls, Exeter, etc.

So you say. Regardless of what you forgot or remember, the Office of Equal Opportunity clearly disagrees with your position.

Well cases like Ricci (2009)-the New Haven Firefighters case, are starting to agree with me.

I remember Cornell having an extended ownership of Lacrosse Championships. Glad to see you have a memory of how that came about, when very little exposure was given to the game.

a good friend of mine noted that when Hobart (the DIII national champions) played UNC at Hobart (my cousin was at Hobart at that time), he and several other Cornell guys drove to Hobart, hoping Hobart would pull the big upset and stop UNC from tying Cornell's Lacrosse Record. They did-allegedly there were more Cornell students and Alums at the game than Hobart students-according to my cousin and this friend. I believe this was 84 or 85

Who wrote the test?

The opinion of the majority? IIRC the case the plaintiff scored high in a test to be promoted to fire LT, and none of the blacks achieved the required score.

I understand that. I asked who wrote the test?

No, but I grew up in the Finger Lakes region.

How stupid. I said put principles first and he responds, "so put everyone else first and **** America?"

Childish and pathetic, he should be ashamed.

"He should be ashamed"?

More blatant moralism from the left?

Not only are they telling the president how to run the country, they're trying to tell people how they should feel.

Sorry man, I don't subscribe to that crap. Keep your idiotic values to yourself.

Great post, nice job of explaining what Nationalism is not. Seems to me every country in the world should be a "nationalist" country. Take care of the home front first and then do as America has done for decades, share the wealth.

How is that racist??
Is it racist simply because it came out of Trump’s mouth?
I’m sure there have been many a Democrat and probably Republicans that told Trump to go back where he came from.

There is noting wrong with telling someone who apparently doesn't like being where they are to go home. That is not a racist statement. He didn't say go back where you came from because of your race, greed, color etc. He said if you don't like it here, go somewhere you will like. America Love it of Leave it.

It is a racist statement. It was used for decades to put down immigrants of all races. Ot is the same as calling a black man boy

Yes, The Squad had been very vocal about some of the things that really are wrong about the US, probably too loud. But the president's reply should not be insulting tweets and encouraging a crowd to chant hateful slogans. Their issues should be addressed intelligently and thoughtfully. What Trump is doing is pouring gasoline on a bonfire. This will not end well.

Now that crowds are chanting "Send her back" do you still think Trump's tweeting is simply about a refusal to assimilate? How much more assimilated can you be than to be elected by your fellow citizens to represent them in Congress?
