Are there unseen problems with hart beat laws?

What i find laughable is the moral indignation thst people like yourself try to invoke in order to defend a womans right to perform an immoral act on her offspring.

The alternative is an immoral act: the govt using force to make women remain pregnant against their will.

Abortion is 14x safer than pregnancy. It's immoral for the govt to also force the more dangerous state on her.

NEW YORK (Reuters Health) - Getting a legal abortion is much safer than giving birth, suggests a new U.S. study published Monday.
Researchers found that women were about 14 times more likely to die during or after giving birth to a live baby than to die from complications of an abortion.

Abortion safer than giving birth: study - Reuters

Luckily, so far the govt has not proven itself to be so immoral.

And only the woman has to pay the price, both physically and financially for being forced to gestate and give birth? That doesn't seem fair. If the government is going to force one to be responsible for that "life" then both should be held responsible as equally as possible.

It's not immoral, you dont get to dictate morality.
