Lots of things interesting in those two assassinations. When I was younger I read a lot of books, watch documentaries, read government reports on Kennedy, Lincoln as well as RFK and Martin Luther King assassinations and a few others.
Interesting find, Former AG of Tennessee wrote a book, "The Escape and Suicide of John Wilkes Booth". It's the story of life of Booth, after the Lincoln assassination, complete with an accounting of the assassination. At the time I read it you could go to the Memphis Room at the main library in Memphis and read it, but not check it out. I've read other copies and seen numerous magazine articles on the same subject. Pretty interesting read whether it's fact of fiction.
