Actually, he's not far off. A few red flags that would normally be an automatic disqualifier were ignored, meaning the SS has so lowered its standards in order to reach a quota

The SS lowered their standards a long time ago.

I'm still waiting for them to prove that Cassidy Hutchinson lied during her Jan 6 Committee testimony....as the SS said they would do and every Republican on this board said they would.

The Secret Service on January 6 did not have their finest hour. Thank you for reminding us of that. It is frightening to know that the armed men close to the president may be more his personal posse than civil servants. Tony Ornato , who moved back and forth between being a White House staffer and a member of the Secret Service, shows how biased the Secret Service was in Trump's pocket. No wonder the Vice-President (Mike Pence) didn't want to get into a car driven by the Secret Service when he knew that Trump had the Secret Service in his grip.

I still can't get over that. That was among the most shocking testimony during the Jan 6 hearings in Congress.

Which is sad. That's the last agency one would expect it.

The lives of the Prez and Vice Prez are at stake, and the agency tasked with their protection is watering down their recruiting standards.
