Sorry, but I'm not seeing the basis for your over arching significance you seem to be attaching to this.
"The Crown prosecutor of Russia met with his father Aras this morning and in their meeting offered to provide the Trump campaign with some official documents and information that would incriminate Hillary and her dealings with Russia and would be very useful to your father."
This was the bait for the meeting. And that part of it worked.
No such information exchange hands, as no such information was used during the campaign. If it had exchanged hands, it surely would have been used, don't you think?
Since the meeting was held, and no information appears to have been exchanged, this actually strengths the argument that the meeting was a frame up job.
The next question is who would have the greatest benefit from the frame up job?
Well, that'd be the Clinton campaign, closely followed by the Obama's FBI and IC cabals and especially the ivenstigation run by Peter Strzok, et. al., as well as those who submitted and undersigned the fraudulent FISA warrant, so that'd be Comey, McCabe, and a couple of others (can't recall specifically 100% right now).
I think you misreading / misinterpreting the larger context of what was going on at the time.
