We need to examine our own Constitutions to discover any remedies available. In the US, we have a First Amendment.
 
We don't really need to get bogged down in academic discussions about equality during these troubled times. Laws and constitutions will not help us if liberty does not live in our hearts. And to promote liberty, we need to eliminate racism. Then, we will have equality.
 
I make a motion to subscribe to this definition of rightful liberty:

Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add 'within the limits of the law' because law is often but the tyrant's will, and always so when it violates the rights of the individual.

On what basis do you say Sweden is socialism? 90% of manufacturing and 80% of business in Sweden belong to private capital, which is typical of capitalism.

When the freedom of one part harms the reasonable rights of another part of the people, this freedom is not legal.
 
Well it's been a lot better than it is now in this great country. Last time it was this bad was the Hoover days and we all know where that ended up.

The wealth of the rich is not "public wealth"

If we taxed them at say 90% and spent that money on public projects, that would be public wealth.

The West can produce evil theories like Marxism. It is necessary to review the cultural fallacies or the lack of some important concepts.
