91-year-old man beaten with brick, told 'go back to Mexico'

Being this woman was African American, a demographic Hillary and Democrats win in the 90% range, did the rhetoric they put out play a role in this attack

It's really a shame that Obama's "leadership" failed to reduce the bigotry, vitriol and violence that is rife among his base.

It's Obama's fault now? And here I thought the thread hit peak stupid a while ago.

That happened way back when people were blaming Trump. Now they're just being mocked.

There was that. But there were also other people acting just about as stupidly in assuming that a black person cannot be a Trump supporter and/or racist against hispanics.

Whole lot of assumptions being made by both sides of the alleged idiocy.

Newsflash: Trump rips black mother from her 4 year old child after woman attacks Mexican man with brick.

Someone posted something like 90% of the Republicans support Trump. Pretty lockstep.

Plus he got begrudging support, there wasn't an all out coup in the GOP over Trump. Even Ryan swallowed his pride to work with Trump. The GOP aimed to try to control some of the crap coming out of the White House, but there's not much control of Trump. But it's mostly the same Big Government, Corporate-State, Big War game the Republocrats had been playing. Only this time, there's no brakes.

The "Establishment" will grin and bear it. They have, at most, like 6 more years then he's gone and then they can continue forth with their slightly more controlled descent.

100% of Democrats supported Obama, pretty lockstep. The point is not all support Trump, and the Republicans have shown they have diverse reasons for supporting or not supporting Trump.

Trump changes positions so often it's possible to both with and against him on a topic at any given moment

Why do you even bother telling such blatantly false lies?

Do you actually expect even one person to forget history they've lived through because you said something stupid and dishonest?

Don't bother...

Is that true? I don't know if that's a real stat or not. The Democrats are just as lockstep as the Republicans are. It is, in part, how the Republocrat Oligarchy has asserted itself as the One Party.

Most do support Trump, some have made grumblings, but nothing major. The leadership begrudgingly supports Trump publicly, behind closed doors is probably a different situation all together. But the wagons have been circled, and the establishment is in no danger of losing power, and indeed Trump works towards many of the ends the establishment wanted, they just tried to do it more subtly and with a bit more tact.

And the diverse reasoning days of the GOP are long gone, the big tent collapsed some time ago.

I hadn't noticed that until you pointed it out. Strange indeed.

Well, we know they weren't white, otherwise that would be in the headline.
I found this.

Black people can't be Trump supporters but one article did not mention her race, therefore, the media is trying to fool people into thinking she was a Trump supporter?

The necessary assumption underlying your hackish attack on the media is just as foolish as the assumption that the attacker must be a Trump supporter.

She may be, she may not be, she may just hate Mexicans and not even care about politics. One thing is clear: she beat an old man and shouted that he needs to go back to his country.

This is a sad story for most Americans.

However, and regardless as to how sad this story is, the sad part is how polarized and tribal Americans are with their politics! In fact....

....so polarized, that many people will politicize the unfortunate event to the beat of their political drum!

I think everyone better get a hold of their conscience, put their politics aside at times like these, and get back in touch with their own morality of what is right vs. just wrong!

Can you do it?

Pfft.....I got your 'fantasized narrative'....

You do, indeed, have quite the fantasized narrative as it relates to Trump.

Thanks for agreeing with me.

lol

You seem to have forgotten about the Blue Dog Democrats.

Where did I say that she was/wasn't a Trump supporter? Oh right...I haven't.

:doh Thanks Pee Wee.

Awww. It's OK. I understand that because of TDS, you have some fantasized reality of Trump and his actions. It's how partisans try to view reality in order to excuse their side of any wrong doing. This is known.

What the hell are you talking about....? You're making no sense.

We're not really that far along, not sure how you already got lost. We're talking about your fantasy that Trump isn't the most divisive President in modern times.
