Nine men have been thrown off a Ryanair flight for allegedly shouting “Allahu Akbar” and claiming to carry bombs, which they later said was a “joke.” The group was removed from the Madrid-bound flight before it took off from Zaventem Airport, Brussels early Saturday.

I don't know about life long exclusion. But I would want them to pay for the loss from any delays and other costs.
 
First thing I thought when I read "9 men thrown off Ryan Air plane" was... "oh boy more drunk Brits".

In this case it was just stupid Belgians, which is a positive.. it is usually drunk Brits that get thrown off with the occasional German in there.
