For now they are mostly using non-violent civil disobedience as used successfully by Thoreau, Gandhi, Martin Luther King, and the Vietnam protesters, among others. If these actions do no bring about change, then its likely people will turn violent as they have in other countries with great wealth disparity.
I wasnt referring to violence. I am talking about fighting back financially. OWS members continually support large businesses and keep giving their money to the wealthiest people in the world. The wealthy arent stealing the money from the "99" percent. The "99" percent are giving them their money. They are lining up to do so. People complain about the wealthy having too much money then line up at wal-mart, mcdonalds, starbucks ect. Kraft/Marlboro are huge as hell but the 99ers kitchens are stocked with their products.
They want to fight back, they need to do it financially. Stop supporting businesses who's views arent in line with theirs. Otherwise they are just a bunch of loud mouthed, crying hypocrites.
