Maybe if people behaved according to the precepts and teachings of those they choose to worship, their hypocrisy wouldn't be called into question, and that's exactly what Gandhi referred to. Gandhi was a wise, learned and clever man. Hillary Clinton is a politician.

Rubbish. ANYONE acting hypocritically in contradiction to Biblical laws (which anyone, 'barbarian' or otherwise, can read for themselves), is no 'christian'. Do you eat shellfish? Do you wear clothes of mixed fibres? And what is this "unsaved" crap?

Interpret? The Bible specifically states that the word of god (the Bible), is not open to interpretation, metaphor or analogy but must be read and understood as written. So you're wrong. How come I, a heathen, know more about your bible than you, a professed 'christian'? 2 Peter 1:20.

You are right, the Scriptures are not to be interpreted as men like, but must be interpreted as God intended, if to be right. 1 Corinthians 2:14 says,

But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them because they are spiritually discerned.

It used to be a much higher proportion so it's getting better but this type of person will never go away completely. Because these bible-thumping god-botherers spend all their time listening the hordes of scripture-spouting grifters who've perverted nearly every aspect of what the Jesus of the Gospels tried to teach.* But more than that they use their phony Christianity to justify any and all types of despicable and hate-driven agendas whether it was aimed at Jews, slaves other Christians or any other group that they decided to demonize. The whole lot of 'em aren't worth a bucket of spit.

* Disclaimer: I gave up my belief in supernatural beings long ago in large part because of this kind of "Christian" ("more in the breach than the observance") but as a guide for how to live, what's written in those Gospels is worthy of following. It's just a damn shame so few "Christians" even bother to try.

I know Trump is a sinner but he showed more favoritism towards Christian values than his sinful opponent did so he got my vote.

I have a question for you Crystal. You are a woman right? If that is the case, does not the pain and suffering that Trump causes to every single person that disagrees with him cause you no concern? Most women are emotional and pain is something they generally know about and want to prevent.

If Trump causes pain to people who disagree with him, then I recommend they find a nice, quite safe space and stay there. People that touchy shouldn't be governing or selecting those who will.

From what I see, every single Democratic candidate that has a chance to win the nomination has Christian values. Will Christianity favor you to change your vote from Trump to someone on the other side, or is this you being a hypocrite?
