Hollywood is rife with the same degenerate scum that pornography is, such as Harvey Weinstein. There's very little difference. Men like Weinstein use propaganda in film to enact their revenge, while poronographers use a more obvious, less subtle form.

Yet the one fact you can't maneuver around is the fact that porn has only existed for the last hundred years, and with greater accessibility to porn has come a host of problems. There are no benefits from porn.

the only thing that can be done people aren't willing to do and that's stop watching. Same thing with pornography. as long as there is a demand for it it will exist.

So porn serves no legitimate purpose, has no benefits, and should go on ensnaring people because there's a demand for it? I have a difficult time accepting that.

I've stopped consuming Hollywood's products. It puts me at odds with some people in my age group, but I don't feel like I've given up anything meaningful. I miss going to the movies, only because I enjoyed the experience, but I found that I wasn't enjoying the actual films. I do still watch foreign films, as I believe they're still producing art, not the useless drivel coming out of Weinsteinland.

I went for the film's in the theater sound now that I can have that in my home for relatively low cost, the movie theater no longer serves a purpose

You touched on something here and I think you're onto something. Their work culture discourages family life therefore the Japanese have a void to fill, therefore Pornography comes along, and sex robots. Human courtship is a big part of relationships. we need to spend a lot of time getting to know a person before we decide to start a family with them.

When you spend much if your time focused on your career you don't have time for things like relationships, therefore things like pornography finds a niche.

So last year I lost a bunch of weight (using the discipline from giving up shameless self pleasure) and just started asking women out. I’ve been on dates with 5 different ladies, two were Hispanic, one was Asian, two were Canadian citizens, three were better educated then me and had higher paying jobs (and knew that when they said yes) and now I’ve been consistently dating the 5th one for some time now and it seems it’s going places.

The point is not that 85% of men are below average, the point is your average woman will rate 85% below average on looks, but that doesn’t matter because looks are not as important to them.

So men who are watching porn and justify their practices on the idea that women are the problem are losers who probably could get a decent lady if they actually put in effort.
