There may be more. these are just the ones I am aware of.

Did you read them? Most have to do with being naked in prison. The teachers can insist that no one is allowed to get naked outside the restroom. That is the limit of the privacy, seeing "private" parts. There are generally doors on bathrooms in hotel rooms.

The legal underpinning is that people have the right not be exposed to members of the opposite sex. School bathrooms and locker rooms are not supervised by teachers or staff and there can be no garuantee of privacy. The argument can be made that allowing members of the opposite biological sex in the same facilities violates privacy rights. As with all legal issues some will interpret one way while others will interpret another.

Aside from that there is no biological evidence that I've come across that states there is a proven physiological cause for transgenderism. in fact it used to be classified as a disorder in the DSM. It was called gender identity disorder until it became a political hot potato.

They should be observed by teachers or staff. Just because staff is failing at that job doesn't change the fact that this should be done.

A disorder treated through transition in connection with therapy.

So you believe that transgenderism is a psych disorder that should not be embraced by society as normal?

That sounds like your belief, not mine.

Which argument are you referring to? I thought I had but you've gone all krazy kiwi on me.

My Common Sense Warrior arguments are riddled about all over the thread...

First, I've never heard of an overnight public school field trip, is that real?

I spent some of my time growing up in Wyoming, Ohio (just outside Cincinatti), and I do recall a 3-day overnight trip to overnight camp "camp Kern", where we slept on concrete floors in wood cabins, 3(?) or so to a cabin.

Also, interestingly, a male student intent on rape could simply break into a "girls room" on such a trip....

Also, interestingly, it's hard to rape someone midst a group of others....

I don't find that interesting...

Second, what exactly are we supposed to be scared of? All the girls going wild because there is a penis in the room? Or getting traumatized by it? Lol

-End of year class trips
-Out of town trips to places like Washington, DC
-Regional/national science fairs
-Regional brain bowls
-Regional and national spelling bees
-Music related regional competitions.

They're not your typical field trip but they do happen.
