Paraguay will open an embassy in Israel's capital of Jerusalem next Tuesday, the Paraguayan government announced Thursday.

Outgoing President Horacio Cartes will be on hand to open the embassy, the third embassy to open in Jerusalem in less than two weeks.

You be sure and remember that when they are looking for bodies to fight it. Don’t chicken out like most warhawks do. Somehow I doubt you’ll fight that war though and will be content in sending others to die for your bloodlust.

In 1947, Palestine was still a territory under British control. The Majority of the population were native Arabs. The Jewish population? Most immigrants from countries in Eastern Europe aand Western Europe who survived the horrors of world war 2.


If I was a native in Palestine and if I learned that my homeland was being carved up by the rulers and land was being given to foreigners who claimed that they were returning to their home land, I would get angry.

You could make comparisons to the US/Mexico relationship if the US petitioned the world to not recognize Mexico as a country, the US imported white people of American ancestry from all over the world to be sent into Mexico to settle their land, and if Mexico got smaller and smaller every year.

Lol, the fact that you think Mexico is the Israel in our relationship is pretty hilarious.

But Ok. Nobody cares that they were angry. People care that they have carried on a campaign of racism and violence for 70 years.
