No it is not that complicated. But it is false on its face. And it is false in historical examples. And it is false in examine the words of the Second Amendment.

You have repeated the same false syllogism now at least 20 times. Although truthfully it seems like over 100 times. Why do you do so?

So I'm going to go out on a limb and say that we agree that the 2nd amendment protects the right of the people to keep and bear arms.

Nikolas Cruz was a known gangster. Police knew he was dangerous. There was even an armed police officer at the school at the time. And yet background checks did nothing to prevent the mass murder, so it is a bit presumptuous for democrats to claim background checks will stop mass murders. What would have saved lives in Sanford Florida would have been an armed teacher who knew how to use his gun.

The assault weapons ban restrictions were reduced in the 2000's. Crime went down

Restrictions on firearm ownership went down after the Heller decision made many restrictions unconstitutional. Crime went down

States began adopting shall carry laws.. allowing unrestricted concealed carry... crime went down.. or at least didn't go up.

Despite the protests of anti gunners like yourself.. that cried over and over that reducing gun restrictions..like the assault weapons ban.. was going to cause a wave of terror and destruction..... violent crimes went down or stayed at historic lows as did firearms accidents..

And that's the reality vegas…. that gun control... didn't work..and doesn't work.

No..it hasn't. The fact remains that gun control efforts through the 2000's and beyond .. went DOWN.. The assault weapons ban in particular expired.. concealed carry permits skyrocketed..Obama let people carry guns in federal parks... States enacted open carry and unrestricted concealed carry... and what did violent crime do?

IT WENT DOWN during that time. That's just the facts Vegas.

Why is it when the ban went off in 2004... violent crime continued its trend DOWNWARD!!!..

please explain why if gun control was so effective.. .why is it when the ban expired.. violent crime hasn't gone steadily UP since then...
