well sometimes stupid questions should be ignored. I won't take issue with yours because I haven't followed the entire thread. But sometimes, stupid questions are designed to annoy or delay.

One is about crime and punishment and the other loss and recovery.

Ok, here's one for your list. I disagree with Trump that theft and fraud are as acceptable as he appears to believe (his record is your evidence, by the way). Want some more, or do you agree with Trump that there's nothing wrong with stealing from a charity, or defrauding trusting folk with a fake 'university'?

Should be a simple yes or no.

Here in Mass you lefties tout the environmeny...force people to recycle...thrm...and this is the best part....send on diesel guzzling ships to china who then dump it in the ocean or burn it. Great job on the environment there guys! Thats way better than our landfills. On the econimy you lefties worked your asses off to support unfair trade and sending our jobs overseas. Now you are pissed the economy is booming and jobs are coming back. Lefties heads work completely backwards. It's fascinating really. And for the uber-wealthy; the price of crime is far too costly to be making uber-bad choices.

"Law abiding" and "Trump" used in the same sentence is the epitome of an oxymoron. He is a brazen, callous thief who stole donations from a charity his 'foundation' (ordered to shut down by the courts), set up, and used them for self-promotion. He defrauded hundreds of trusting folk with his fake 'university', but you prefer to ignore his criminal behaviour because he hasn't been charged with anything?
You seriously want to compare an actor shoplifting to a venal crook who was fined $3 million and had to settle for $25 million, consecutively, in both the above cases? No wonder you Trump fans get called deluded cultists. Trump views encounters with the law as an occupational hazard, just like his equally malodorous father who taught him all he knows (not much as it turns out). His "peculiarities" include theft and fraud which you appear to dismiss as quite acceptable.
Most of us understand what honesty and morality are; to your inept 'president' (I use that term advisedly), they are a foreign country, never visited, and best avoided in case he gets mistaken for an honourable man.
