You're quoting from the very link I gave you, then shouting at me about reading skills? Read the rest of the 25th Amendment. Don't just cherry pick the part you like. And yes, of course the rest of us comprehend that enaction would require the cooperation of the veep along with most of the cabinet, which makes it unlikely. What you don't seem to understand is that it is neither treason nor sedition for McCabe and others to discuss the existence of the 25th, and any other options they may have if it turns out that Trump is a criminal or a compromised asset of an adversarial nation. I call it prudence.

Trump's cabinet are, in fact, unelected bureaucrats, and if they had reason to do so, they could remove Trump.

All of Trump's alleged, and freely acknowledged, attempts to obstruct justice have been referred to various congressional committees, or to the FBI, or to Mueller's team, for investigation. Those investigations are still ongoing. Even if they have proof, they may not yet be in a position to press charges against a sitting president.

You seem to be under the impression that all of this should be simple and straightforward, like catching a shoplifter in the act. It isn't. In order to understand the whole picture, it takes HOURS AND HOURS of reading. Sorry to be the one to inform you of that. I feel like the kid in the front row in the high school geometry class, giving the class slacker the bad news about the enormous homework assignment. You're only hearing what you want to hear.

In this case, he doesn't. His remark was based on a specific context, one given to him by a Fox News pundit, not the people who actually had a discussion about possible maybe invoking the 25th. Dershowitz seems to have been under the impression that they actually approached Pence and one or more cabinet secretaries, which is not the case. Like I said, he spoke out of turn without having the salient facts. It happens to the best of us. Dershowitz is a man, not a demigod.
