Man slammed 13 year old boy to ground for not removing hat during national anthem

Thumbs up.

Just change "stranger" to "child".

To truly understand how horrific this was. Let's hope there was no permanent damage.

You're right. That's even more grotesque. If he had punched another man of the same age, size, and weight, he still would be a piece of **** who should spend years in jail. The fact that he beat a 13-year-old almost inspires me to wish for a worse punishment.

Yes you were. That's exactly what you are doing, by trying to pin the blame on "liberalism".

Multiple things can be blamed at once.

If that was true, then you wouldn't try to justify this man's actions, and put the fault on "liberalism".

Both are to blame but obviously this guy is responsible for his own actions.

That's not what your doing. You are quite clearly pinning the blame on "liberalism". Per your own words. "Liberalism's infestation of our culture drives yet another guy over the edge." It's not too hard to see what you're saying.

I blame liberalism for the anti-American culture. This kid thought it was ok to disrespect the nation. That guy took offense to that and went overboard. The kid paid the consequences for his disrespect when he sees others disrespecting the nation even worse and profiting from it with millions of dollars like Colin Kaepernick. Kaepernick of course has tons of privilege to he gets away with it.

Clearly you don't understand that distinction.

Yes I do, you dont.

No..it wasnt his fault obviously, he is only a kid. Its the lack of respect that is to blame...he got that from somewhere, and it came from liberalism and its anti-American agenda. Its really sad that this kid is yet another victim of liberalism.

The teenager wearing a hat was the cause of the assault? Not the fact that the rodeo vigilante has less self control than a 13-year-old boy and took it upon himself to beat a stranger child in public in front of lots of witnesses?

Oh I know, I know. Nothing makes me want to puke more than seeing some multi-millionaire taking a stand to help those less fortunate. You just know he's a Red Liberalist Commie, the worst kind of Liberal. Amirite?

Actions have consequences. Do I really have to tell people that?

Is that what you think kaepernick is doing? hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

"Im just helping the less fortunate as my personal bank account increases by tens of millions why are you such a hater bro?"

You conservative people sure are easy victims aren't you? All it takes is a 13 year old kid with his own opinion and you must protect yourself.

Multiple things can be blamed at once.

Oh, sure. That's totally what you were doing.

Both are to blame but obviously this guy is responsible for his own actions.

No, both aren't to blame. The only person or thing to blame in this instance, is the man in question.

 Look at you, bud. You're still trying to justify it.

Yes I do, you dont.

Not when you keep on justfying it, and then pretending that you aren't, when anyone with eyeballs and a shred of honesty within them can see that's exactly what you're doing. I don't intend to continue this discussion any further. I don't feel like repeating myself anymore. You are clearly trying to justify the man's actions, I called you out on that. You can pretend that it wasn't what you're doing, but like I said, anyone can see that cleary. Have the last word if you wish. :2wave:

Getting kicked out of the NFL was a good way to make money? Patriot Bible School was one Hell of a university eh?

You're sounding more and more like your fellow alum Dr. Kent Hovind every minute.

Im blaming liberalism not the individual liberal, even though they are complicit in getting this poor kid injured. I would never support violence but some people do obviously, so act accordingly. That goes for both sides.

Hold on. When some 39-year-old dude beats the living **** out of a stranger teenager it's the fault of an ideology, i.e., liberalism. But when a white supremacist blows away 22 people buying school supplies and groceries it's the fault of the individual. Gotcha.

Did you even read the post you quoted? I say right away the 13 year old is not at fault and end with saying he is the victim.

Actually, he also said that was the fault of liberalism, so it's even worse.

With all due respect, that is a semi truck full of bull****. Actions have consequences? So a teenager at a rodeo should expect to get his ass beat for wearing a hat. A woman wearing a tight dress should expect to get raped. A gay couple holding hands in a park should expect to be lynched. I encourage you to stop making excuses for animals who belong behind bars and outside of civilized society.

He wasnt kicked out of the NFL....he SUCKED (literally the worst starting QB in the NFL then benched because his backup was better), was still offered a contract and turned it down. He could have played in the NFL again if he wanted to, but that would be a bad look for him because he would have been riding the bench. He would rather focus on being a pissant and get paid to do nothing. If he went back to the NFL he would still have to go to practice and games and such.

Yea Im sure youre trying to make that an insult but Ive never heard of the guy. Im not religious.

Of course the individual is to blame for their own actions but I blame liberalism for the anti-American sentiment. I blame liberalism for the El Paso shooting as well.

Modern liberalism is the source of anti-American sentiment in America...it causes conflict.

If you "expected" those things you would change your behavior and act accordingly. If you take a stroll in the ghetto at 2 AM and dont expect to get your ass kicked and robbed you share the blame when you get your ass kicked and robbed. The world is a mean and nasty place...didnt you watch Rocky?

Oh, ok. Well, nice to meet you, sort of. I can tell when a person is just trolling an internet forum rather than trying to genuinely contribute to it.

Montana boy, 13, slammed to ground at rodeo after keeping hat on during national anthem

Ah yes, those phony patriots, because not taking your hat off during anthem really shows disrespect for the country. Damn these peopel are a holes

The guy who did this was arrested and will be prosecuted. He also has a history of assault so it's not just a random event. The bozo that did this clearly has issues. There is something missing here, they mention the boy wearing a red hat. Was it a make american great again hat? That would change he entire thing if the kid was slammed by an anti Trump nut.

I can't take you seriously. I tried.

If a 39 yr old man picks up a 13 yr old boy and body slams him into the ground is done with serious attempt to destroy him.

Reports said the boy was bleeding from both ears. I would say the intent was deadly.

You don't know that and have no reason to think it except you want it to be as bad as possible. It was serious but I really doubt he was trying to kill the kid. Exaggeration is part of what is wrong with our country.

Pretty sure your bull**** attitude is instantly reversed the second some jackass with a maga hat is ktfo for running his mouth.

You sanctimonious types are too ****ing easy to read.

If you want to make an argument based on "cause and effect" principles, the real question is if cursing at other people leads to a physical attack by the offended person. In the vast majority of cases it does not, and this means that the cause of such physical attacks is found on the character (or mind state) of the individual who is offended by the cursing and not on the the act of cursing itself.

If you have a point, it is probably a good idea to actually make it. in my opinion, Brockway didn't slam him for not respecting the anthem, he slammed him after he got cursed at after he told the kid what to do. We aren't discussing other cases, we are discussing this case, so if you want to make a different argument, make it to someone else.

Regardless, Brockway was dead wrong for slamming the kid, or are you arguing something else?
