WH and DOJ Officials Discussed Mueller Report Before Release

It seems the keft is pissed that Trumps yeam is being given the opprotunity to prepare their response to the content of the report. Its a curtsey they dont believe trump deserves.

I reall can't think of any other explanation

Let me assure you and anyone else that the keft does not care about Trump's yeam. The keft damn sure won't curtsey to Trump.

If what you say about the warrants is true then the investigation will cpnfirm that. Whqts the problem?

You are assuming that Barr's redacted report will fully and factually disclose that to Congress and the American people.

Cpfirm whqts?

From the Times article as quoted below.... What more do some want? The AG is trying to be as open and transparent as the law permits. He also is obligated to mention things in the report so the WH can give a proper response. So what's the problem now?

Let's face it, no matter what happens tomorrow after the report is released, the Trump resistors will never be happy.
Cry me a blue river. ;)

"Justice Department rules do not require Mr. Barr to make the special counsel’s report public, and the attorney general’s defenders say he will fulfill pledges of transparency he made during his confirmation hearings to make as much of the document public as possible."
I thinks its a case of whats commonly known as blue balls. They got teased for 2 years and then denied a place to shoot their load. Its a very frustrating dilemma

The independence of an agency that is part of the executive branch and whose head reports directly to the President?

Yes that is how it works at least it used to work that way. If the President controls the DOJ there is no rule of law and we have a Banana Republic. The DOJ's duty is to the rule of law not the whims and wants of the President. Barr must be removed by Congress for violating his oath of office.

They need to unplug themselves from the slanted media, Jerry Nadler, and all the other hideous fools, who keep feeding them the narrative that all of this has not been on the up and up.

They won't. But they are about to get hit with a sledge hammer of information that may at first make them see stars and later left with nothing but shame.

Imagine the right wing reaction if Comey had coordinated with the Clinton campaign to give them a preview of the FBI’s findings before he had his July 2016 press conference. Republicans would have lost their minds.

Expectations seem to be a lot lower these days, for some reason.

Oh c'mon - they would have been fine with it, right??

:stars:

It's about time they get real, and feel shame.

Sounds like you are talking about yourself

Those who aid and abet 45 have no shame.

A Redacted cover up...That is what that fat toad Barr is about to present

I'm afraid there Republicans as we knew them are gone. Most of what we have now are Banana Republicans.

I’m afraid those repubs have been gone since the 1968 election. Election treason, Dirty Tricks, Southern Strategy, Cultural Wars, Fear-based, Race-based, 3rd wave of the KKK then — now in the 4th.

Today’s GOP has zero integrity and ethics, as you previously mentioned. SStephen Miller runs policy and Brad Parscale runs the CREEP, Committee to RE-Elect the President.

The Senate, the DoJ, and the USSC are #45’s backstops. This century is brought to you by the politicized 5-4 Rehnquist court, and Bush-43’s subsequent picks, along with REDMAP 2010.

I'm confused. What is the issue?

Of course the President would have the right to see and discuss the results before it would be published.

The Special Counsel was appointed by Asst. Attorney General Rod Rosenstein after then-Attorney General Sessions recused himself. This was approved by the President.

The DOJ is a part of the government Administration and subject to the President's authority as Chief Executive.

What law or rule is being broken when the Attorney-General reports the results to the President, and then discusses what must be redacted by law, and what will be published? :unsure13:

He'd want to, but if you are the subject of the investigation, that is a whole 'nuther ballgame.

You're Trump's butt boy if you show him the report first, giving him a headstart to twist the narrative, if you do that.

The only fair thing to do is just release the whole damn thing to everyone on the same day ( and release the unredacted version to the the appropriate committees in congress and the senate ) and let the proverbial chips fall where they may.

That is the right thing to do, but, no way is Barr going to do that.

Anyway, Congress is going to get the unredacted version, but there will be a court fight to get it.

The law is on the side of Congress

Soooo...no law or rule, just naked personal opinion? Okay. :coffeepap:

You obviously don't get it. What's hilarious is if the shoe was on the other foot you'd be screaming bloody murder.

A Chinook is a hell of a ride but when it takes off it throws so much crap around it'll bury one in one's foxhole.

Do you think barr is gonna make up evidence?
