Disagreed since most Republicans want to 1) retain control of the WH in 2020 and 2) win back the House. Trump is proving to be more of a liability than an asset. A few more years of Trump's BS may put another nail in the Republican coffin, so letting an impeachment for obstruction of justice proceed may be a win-win for them.

I find it interesting that Rosenstein isn't the acting AG... isn't that big part of the job of the Deputy AG to take over the Department when the top job is vacant?

Don't be so sure that may be the last straw for those on the right who do not need to.be loyal for two years.

No one thought they would get the numbers against Nixon, particularly Nixon...

good riddance-he wasn't a brilliant attorney and his jihad against recreational dope was just a waste of time. while the SG needs the top legal mind available, the AG should still be a top rate attorney with years of federal prosecutorial experience.
