When did Trump actually say he had tapes? He was trying to run a bluff to keep Comey honest. Granted, he was as transparent as a sliding patio door. He would probably best stay away from a poker table.

Show of hands. How many here believed he had tapes to begin with.

And show me where he stated, as a matter of fact, he DID have tapes.

:lamo Comey had to be intimidated into testifying truthfully ? Wow, you would think perjury was intimidation enough.

I think Trumps tweet was brilliant. Now I'm not saying it was his idea, but whoever thought of it forced Comey to think twice before embellishing his side of the story and they killed the whole Russian collusion conspiracy narraative in under a 140 characters. Impressive.

Comey, the guy that admitted to Politically characterizing a FBI investigation as a " matter " came out trustworthy ?? The admitted memo leaker, but not the " Trump is not under investigation " leaker, who wrote memo's after a meeting with Trump but not after his meetings with Lynch was came out as credible ? Did you even watch the hearing ??

The Russian Probe only recently expanded to the Flynn investigation. Flynn was under investigation for his deal with Turkish businessman Ekim Alptekin.

Read the report in todays Washington Post which identifies the Russian interference on behalf of their choice Trump as THE POLITICAL CRIME OF THE CENTURY. And then ask yourself why our President is not doing a damn thing about it.

There used to be a book the right wing had orgasms reading years ago.... it was called NONE DARE CALL IT TREASON. We need an updated version starring Donald Trump in the lead role.
