It's not about slamming centrists, which I love to do, it's about putting everything on the table so that voters can make an informed choice during the primaries. Protecting Dems during the primaries is a terrible idea, I don't care if it's Biden or Sanders or Gandhi. This stuff will come out during the election if any of these guys are the nominee. Then what? Right, then we're stuck and either holding our collective noses or sitting out the election. Out of curiosity, how does collective nose-holding motivate turn out? Meanwhile, Trump supporters will jump out of a 10-story window to cast their vote.

The primary problem now is the extremes. And granted, I am voting for the extreme, so I am part of the issue here. The problem is, no matter who gets into office, anything they do will just be undone, unless a truce is brokered between the left and right.
