Trump Has Won His War Against the Media

Ya actually. In my business I deal with mostly US IT people. We talk allot and politics...especially Donny-Boy...is a favorite subject. After the latest cloud toys of course. Anyway, I've heard several people tell me that it wasn't so much that they liked Trump, but that they just couldn't bring themselves to vote for Hillary.

And then there's the polls. By every indication, everyone thought that Hillary was gonna win. Every poll said so.
But when it came time to actually cast a vote, in private, they actually voted for a guy like Donny, over Hillary.

I think the SJWs are doing the same thing to the Democrats now.
All the polls say I'm wrong. I guess we will see...

So your sources are people in your office and your brutal misunderstanding of how polls work.

If Trump is winning the media war then why are his job approval numbers so low?

Explain that,if you can.

So your sources are people in your office and your brutal misunderstanding of how polls work.

Like I said...we will see how accurate they polls are the next time.
Watching what's happening...I'm comfortable with that.

It appears you're not seen as enough of a neverTrump purist when you suggested that Hillary herself could have been reason enough to vote for Donny-Boy.

The polls were accurate. To which you will respond, "But Cardinal, Clinton lost!" To which I will respond, "Yes, and that underscores the fact that you don't understand how polls work."

OK...and I would close by saying...
"There are 2 kinds of people in this world. Winners and losers. Right now, Trump is the winner. Regardless of what your polls say.
Perhaps your polls...don't work?"

No, it means you don't know what polls do.

Greeeaaat... Yet people who claim to, all said the same thing. And they were wrong.

Or...they were correct because they knew that polling does not do what you think it does.

Of course...have a nice weekend...

So you're not even interested in what kind of information the polling was collecting. You just want plausible deniability so you can continue to claim that the polls were wrong.

Noooo...actually I think I do know how polls work. I've even seen analytics data that shows the election polls were correct.
They claim the polls were right, but the interpretations were all wrong, for a number of reasons, not excluding the drawing of the constituencies.
The bottom line is though...they were wrong. Interpretive error or not. Within the margin of error or not. Every interpretation predicted a Clinton win.
Thus...they don't work. Something's either "broken", or the "science" is ... off.

First breath: The polls were right, but the interpretations were wrong.
Next breath: The polls were wrong.

So which is it?

Thus...they don't work. Something's either "broken", or the "science" is ... off.

What's "off," exactly? You've been extremely vague about this.

Or maybe you just understand things as well as you think you do?
I mean...you obviously didn't really understand my last post...

You're unable to say what it is about polling that's wrong, exactly, and now apparently I just don't understand..."things." And what...things...would it be that I don't understand?

I'm going to take a gamble and say your answer to that question will be "Oh, you know...stuff."

No...I told you that I understand the analytics of the polls, and that the prediction based on the polls were wrong.
I also said that, because you so obviously misunderstood a previous post of mine, that maybe you don't really understand things as well as you think.
And now I'll say another thing. I'm not a big fan of circular pedantics.

The polling was wrong or the interpretation of the polling was wrong. The aren't things that are easily mutually true.

You say you understand the analytics of the polls. Well, what does that mean, exactly? What kind of information did the polling glean?

Dude I'm not gonna sit here and wade through data with you. Its Friday afternoon and I have beer to drink.
I've read the data, and the analytics, and get it. 'nough said.
moving on...

That would explain a lot. Glad I caught you before your spelling and grammar went to hell.
