That should be fairly obvious -- political touble in terms of a very real possibility of His party loisng their majority in the house/senate this year, thereby eliminating His chance to move forward with His agenda - say nothing of His chance to be re-elected.
Aside from being impeached, this is about as much political trouble as a President can get into.
It matters that his party retains majority in the house, but if this is not to be it will not prevent him from carrying out the main parts of his Agenda.
What will likely happen is that those Democrats who lose their seats will pile up behind whatever Obama wants them to pass between November Election day and January new seating day.
And to be perfectly honest there is not a damn thing anyone can do to prevent that happening.
