So, it will be some sort of miracle if Hillary Clinton is not elected president and this question is really for her political rivals: What do you plan to do when she gets elected? How are you going to handle it, and what do you see yourself doing to improve your position in the hope of getting your candidate elected next time?

Hope she isn't as corrupt as I think she might be.

As to the second part of your question, I do not know.

I'm going to go visit the The_Donald subreddit to see the Trumpster's reaction to Hillary's win.

I don't have the whole thing sketched out yet but it involves a whole bunch of concertina wire, sandbags and polka music.

(Not that I believe your premise, but I'll play "what if.")

I'll wait a couple of months until she dies a natural death from that hidden set of diseases she clearly suffers from...then see how her VP does in office.

Regardless who wins, I will keep on doing exactly what I am doing today. I feel neither Trump or Clinton should be even considered to be president. I will vote for Johnson in November and shrugged at whoever wins. One or the other is probably inevitable and outside of one vote, I have no control over who wins.

I do think the United States will suffer greatly, again regardless of who wins. But since I can't control that, I am not going to worry about it. Since I belong to no party unless you want to consider the tiny Reform Party, I will continue to try to break the two party monopoly in our election system that produced two candidates outside of their supporters, no one wants to be the next president.

That's it in a nut shell.

Now we're talking! What do you plan to ask for?

Life goes on. Because I regard both Clinton and Trump bad choices, my indifference is already baked in.

Lol, I can't tell if this is an expert troll or manifest delusion.

I won't vote for Johnson but for all practical purposes there isn't a good vote to be made. My focus will be on down ticket elections, in particular, I'll be looking at local elections.

If Sen. Clinton wins the election I'll probably sit here wishing I could still get drunk.

If Mr. Trump wins the election I'll probably sit here wishing I could still get drunk.

With two Democrats to pick from, both crooks, both liars, I'm figuring we're screwed regardless. At least, neither is the kind of virulent racist we have now.

Aw c'mon. I'll be voting for Gary. Feel the Johnson!

Sadly, the candidate I wanted for senate lost their primary, much like the candidate I wanted for President.

I don't like some of his ideas/policies.

IOW, you could say I'm...not feeling the Johnson.

I don't agree with everything either. But Hillary is disreputable and Donald is dishonorable. Gary is neither; therefore he's the best choice.

Oh, I'm not voting for Clinton or Trump either.

Edit: I look at it this way - if the Dems couldn't nominate someone better than Clinton, and she can't beat Trump, then they deserve to deal with Trump for the next 4 years.

Well, knowing this country has survived worse and still became the envy of the world, I plan to do what I always have done.

Work hard, support my family, help others when asked, and continue to adjust my holdings so the liberal/socialist progressive bastards in Washington D.C., can't get their hands on it.

Our primary is coming up next week and for US Senate it's McCain v Ward. I doubt that Ward has much of a chance but she's getting my vote.

That's a very good answer. Maybe you can inspire the Republicans to put up someone who is respectable and qualified for the job.

I guess they were waiting to see who the Democrats put up first, and followed suit.

I heard that: I don't like her, but I'll vote for her because she's not Trump or a crazy right-winger. I don't expect much from her. She may go after the gun lobby, which will be good for the country; health care? maybe, but we'll see. I think she's a corporatist though, so working people are still gonna have a hard time.

I'll be watching the Republicans very closely, but I don;t think they'll be ready in four years; the radical right has too strong a'hold these days, and that's how they ended up with Trump in the first place.
