i think overall his drafting was solid especially given the fact he never really had a high pick.

- First year the greatest QB to ever play the game.
- 2001 saw him draft a HOF DL with Richard Seymour and Patriots HOF Matt light also a DL. Both would be instrumental over the next decade.
- Early years he took Dion Branch ( future SB MVP), twp time SB winner Vince Wilfork as well as other offensive weapons.
- Edelman, Vollmer and Chung were selected in the same draft as well as Brandon Spikes.
-2010 draft saw Devin Mccourty and the greatest TE ever ( imo) Rob gronkowski,
- 2012 Chandler Jones and Hightower...

Could go on with other players like Flowrs, Malcom Brown, Jamie collins etc


He drafted most of the key pieces in all the SB teams and not to mention orchestrated some huge trades most notably Randy Moss.
