You bragging or complaining?
Neither...just stating the facts.
You bragging or complaining?
yeah, because the government knows all who are drug dealers....I'm gonna go out on a limb here by saying I think drug dealers have bigger concerns than voting. Especially considering felons cannot vote in California.
I thought I'd have to eat my shoes the day I found myself on the same side as Navy Pride...but here we are. I voted against the proposal because I'm not convinced that marijuana is safe enough to allow it's free consumption. On top of that, even if Prop 19 passes, it's still federally illegal and the law falls the second it get's challenged by the federal government as federal law trumps state law.
Why are stoners losers Erod?
I'm glad prop 19 failed. Weed should be kept illegal and enforcement of its illegal status should not be taken so laxly.
So, what's next: To make alcohol consumption ILLEGAL again???
Because Erod doesn't know how to inhale and is Jealous that all the other kids had more fun.
The stoners lose again, even in California..........Eat your heart out Disney Dude
Proposition 19 to legalize marijuana defeated | abc7.com
LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- One of the most controversial measures on Tuesday's ballot is Proposition 19, the initiative to legalize, regulate and tax marijuana in California. It was sure to be challenged, even if voters approved it. Some lawmakers had already been preparing to tax cannabis sales. The measure was defeated Tuesday night.
The Associated Press called the measure defeated at 9:45 p.m. Tuesday.
You and me both. I use prostitutes(relax they are the expensive ones) I'm sick and tired of being looked upon negatively by people who talk about loving this country and everyone inside but then use racial slurs to describe blacks/minorities.While more than likely true, the sad thing is most Americans probably hold the same views as Erod and I am sick and tired of it. I'm sick of tired of being looked upon negatively by people who drink regularly. This prohibition is absolute nonsense and is driving people to Alcohol and now even legal bud which is more dangerous than weed! Two MMJ initiatives also failed last night (In SD and AZ). Does anybody ever stop to think why Alcohol and Pharmacutetical companies are pumping money into the legalization resistance??

prostitution is another thing, If people want to sell their bodies to people willing to pay for sex then so be it. If it were legal we could place some regulations and health standards on it making it safer.
that's just digsbe for you man, you'll see what I mean if you continue to use this board.
It pretty much is safe so long as you know what you are doing. Like always use a latex condom that is lubricated on both sides. Make sure its a brand new one each and every time you have sex and cum. You know its pretty safe if people used condoms.
Ohhh. A New one each time... I had been just turning them inside out.Like always use a latex condom that is lubricated on both sides. Make sure its a brand new one each and every time ...
well at least A conservative is using one. I was used to believing conservatives didn't use condoms because they were the devil's object.Ohhh. A New one each time... I had been just turning them inside out.
I cannot believe anyone who tokes wants the gov't imposing taxes on weed. Good Heavens, they've made cigarettes cost more than gold with all the taxes. The go'vt would make sure all the good stuff gets taken out of pot. While this seems like a defeat, consider it a victory for what it didn;t cost you.
There really is no defending the law. Federal law trumps state law and any judge who could put on his robes without help would strike Prop 19 down in a second.
darn potheads couldn't pull themselves away from their captain crunch long enough to go vote!
I would characterize Prop. 19 as a "victorious defeat." A whopping 46.2% of the electorate in California voted to legalize marijuana - a truly gargantuan base upon which to build a later victory. Nobody who voted for legalization this time around is going to vote against it next time, so it only takes a 3.8% shift to happen. The issue has just become a lot more mainstream - and will only continue to do so over time.
Captain Crunch sucks! It cuts the roof of your mouth.
