Never heard of him but I will try to keep his name in mind. Barnes and Noble or borders still carry any of his writings?
How do you think his writings relate to todays situation?

I don't think Barnes and Noble will carry it except maybe online. I know amazon has "The Law" for about $5.
He lived during the French revolution and wrote about the growth of its socialist state.
He is one of the people that Austrian economists site as the fore father of the business cycle theory.
