They are not equal, no, but in one sense they result in the same reaction from me: Frankly I don't usually bother talking to people who believe Apollo was faked, the Holocaust didn't happen, or that 9/11 was an inside job and wasn't really Muslim terrorists.
They should not get an equal reaction because they are not equitable situations. Faking a moon landing would be so unprecedented that the chances of it actually being true are minimal. In fact the idea of the Holocaust being a staged event is more plausible given the circumstances. As far 9-11 as an inside job it far surpasses both of the previous in its plausibility because, while it was of an unprecedented effect, in general there was little unprecedented about the attack itself and it being a false-flag attack would also not be without precedent even as it concerns the U.S.
