OTOH he does have a point. Illegals should not be counted in the census for the purposes of apportionment.

It looks as if at least some of the "points" don't have to be "refuted".
 
So I find this all quite revealing.
When presented with a short number of points...numbered and condensed to 2 minutes...lots of scoffing and demeaning...but not one of you can refute the clip. Mostly I think because,

A. All of these events are happening and we all see it.

B. The conclusion is...rather an uncomfortable idea.

So...why don't one of you refute the conclusion? Because you can't really refute the events.
