Would you have someone that beat their kids working for you?
Well, people with criminal records need to work just like everyone else. I'm not just going to disqualify someone from a job because they have a record. I'm going to determine if it is safe for me to hire them, and something that would be advisable for my business and if I feel comfortable with it, sure, I would hire them.
Now, would I maintain their employment if they committed a crime? Again, it depends. If I feel like keeping them around will not endanger their fellow employees or my consumers and isn't going to cause any real problem, sure, I would keep them around.
