Your link is just more BS offered to distract. It lists money that Federal agencies (ex FEMA and SBA) has awarded, and insurance payments, not the money that Christie controlled.
When it comes to the monye Christie controlled, it lists monies given on 1/19/2014 - two days ago (IOW, since the story broke).
Your own links says:
And the underlying point is that Christie's aides made the possibility of getting more aid for Hoboken contingent on the mayor supporting a development project that Christie favored.
With each new revelation, you move the goalposts. If you'd read the first link I offered, it clearly says that a significant balance remains to be distributed as funds become available. That would be at the end, like, down at the bottom of the link you didn't read. It doesn't matter when the story "broke" because the "story" lacks any substance. So now the assertion that Hoboken only received a couple of hundred thousand dollars has been abandoned in favor of yeah, they got a whole lot more money, but it wasn't the right kind of money" type of thing. In short, Christie's failure to drop pallets of cash into the streets of Hoboken for walking around money is cause for concern on the left, cause we know he did that very thing for municipalities that supported his re-election effort. You guys are a hoot.
