We're boned.
We're boned.
It depends on how you use the polls. If you use the polls to predict what will happen 10 weeks from now, you will have a high level of error. Polls are a snapshot in time. They reflect what people think now. And methodology can have a significant impact on poll results. Polling is fairly accurate, if used properly.
For every one poll that has Trump in the lead, there's 10 others that don't.
That's because people like me and many others have been bombarding them with emails to show some fairness for a change!
Same for Target stores, their business is suffering from the boycotting of their support for deviants.
I'm talking about using polling data now to predict who will actually win the Presidency. I doesn't really matter who was leading in the polls at any particular point if they don't actually win.
I don't think polls really matter much, right now. There are way too many people sitting on the sidelines wondering what to do. We'll have to see where things stand when the debates happen.
That might have been true back when the parties weren't so polarized...but now they're more polarized than at any time in living memory. The great majority of the people HAVE made up their minds. In other words, if Hillary's breathing, alert, and lucid on Election Day, she's almost certainly going to win.
I just gotta get me one of those "First Dude" t-shirts featuring Bill Clinton's picture....
So pretending there is "nothing to see here" is a more popular stance. What a surprise.
.Vote for Hillary the status quo
I listened to DJT's speech yesterday and found it uplifting and the high energy of the crowd was terrific. I contrasted that with one of Crazy Crooked Granny's and, wow, what a difference. I must have heard a dozen reasons from her how horrible things are and how hard things are for the average American. Leftists dwell in a world misery. What a shame.

For every 1 conservative journalist, there's 10 liberal journalists. The media isn't exactly balanced.
99% of all statistics are made up.
Because a corrupt lying wall street shill with delusions of liberal globalism and a loathing for American rights, freedoms and sovereignty is a better choice?
The election is still fluid. If Trump does passably in the debates and Hillary fails to shine, the gap could close even more than it has in the past two weeks when Trump has cut it in half. It seems astonishing a transparent phony like Trump could be this close, but he is.

..but he destroyed any progress he might have made by his red-meat speech before supporters later that day.
The answer to why this poll differs so much is easy to spot..
Absolutely idiotic way of polling.

When it comes to the EC, Trump will be trounced. The only reason Trump is still hanging around in some polls is because Hillary is such a god-awful choice. But he's a little worse, which is why he's going to lose in the end.
I think in the end, come November, Trump will be blown out of the water. But how ****ty is Hillary Clinton that even now, there are some polls that show her so close? I think if the DNC put up an actual candidate, this wouldn't be a "race". Of course, I think the same holds true for the GOP. The only way Hillary could be in the running is if the GOP put up an absolute disaster...and they did.
The media is biased. Why pretend that it's not?
