— An attorney discipline judge in California has recommended that ex-Trump election lawyer John Eastman be disbarred, according to an opinion released on Wednesday Eastman will lose his ability to practice law within days, because the court’s decision involuntarily revokes his license, according to the opinion.

Eastman failed to uphold his primary duty of honesty and breached his ethical obligations by presenting falsehoods to bolster his legal arguments,” Roland wrote In sum, Eastman exhibited gross negligence by making false statements about the 2020 election without conducting any meaningful investigation or verification of the information he was relying upon,” she wrote. The judge also rejected Eastman’s efforts to argue that he believed lies about election fraud were true, writing that “Eastman cannot avoid culpability through his willful blindness—willful blindness that is tantamount to Eastman’s actual knowledge that the allegations regarding hidden ballots were false.”

Now it goes to the California Supreme Court, which will likely agree that he should be disbarred.

Trump's uses anyone and everyone to serve himself. He's using the J6er's for nothing more than votes. For every single one of them, there are entire families that would give him the vote to get their J6er released. He'll take their vote while knowing he won't need to follow up on releasing and pardoning because he won't need them anymore.

Trump continuing to call these prisoners hostages will cost him hundreds of thousands of votes if not millions. 65% of Americans could not stomach the events on 1-6 according to multiple polls.

Trump is already facing many civil lawsuits from those cops who were beaten. stomped on, and bludgeoned by these Trump terrorists. Their lawyers will be waiting for Smitty to get the convictions first. Then the bloodhound lawyers will blast away at Trump.

So Trump will lose. It will be another blowout loss. Trump will be convicted on over 50 felony charges and will spend the rest of life in prison...completely broke.

Another one (MAGA Lawyer) bites the dust!

John Eastmen, the Trump Attorney election-denier, architect of the fake-elector scams and the chief promoter of removing Mike Pence from presiding over the Presidential Senate Elector Count, has been duly removed of his law license.

The presiding Judge's words, scathing as could be, were captured in my excerpt above:

“The most severe available professional sanction is warranted to protect the public”

But, Eastmen's troubles aren't over. He still is facing Felony Charges in the Georgia Election Interference case with Donald Trump.

Bit-by-bit, it seems, justice is being served.
