Re: In *this* "Flowers '92 Hillary Clinton Interview" DID Hillary/Bill "Lie" to Ameri
Well it's their inherent authoritarian nature brought out into the open. Leftist ideology as its core contradicts at every level and Bill Clinton and Hillary lying to the American people is the left being caught on one of their core moral contradictions in respect to women. It just goes to show, as Redress and her Left cadre amply demonstrate, their masked authoritarian is always right there under the surface ready to scream murder as soon as the rock they're hiding under is lifted.
Yep.
We live it here. The left began as a political movement in the 30's, that movement ultimately gave us universal medical care. Then 20 years later the right fixed it so it won't go bankrupt.
As a political reporter I came to understand three things common to every socialist; they want equality, for others. They have all the answers, usually steeped in revisionist history, and everything ultimately becomes a law. Have an issue with people drinking bottled water, outlaw bottled water. If you want people to eat better, tax fast food. Force by law, will or taxation people to live the way
they dictate, not allowing for the fact that maybe people really want to drink bottled water.
It has been around a long time, unchanged, only the words have changed. "Workers of the world unite" has become "wage equality now!' And it has failed or is failing in its 'pure' form. Norway has free education through three post graduate degrees. Most of the PG's go to Germany or Canada for lower taxes. How do they afford it? "Drill, baby, drill". You can't have universal stuff
and a pristine wilderness, but they won't tell you that.
Here, the NDP - New Democrat Party, is self described socialist progressive and in the last election in BC, ran an "Obama-style" campaign, their platforms were almost identical. I am happy to say we, the Liberal Party of BC, destroyed them, came from a 20 point deficit to a 20 point surplus in six weeks and increased their majority. How? "Drill, baby, drill". "we are going to quadruple our energy exports, oil, gas and hydro electric in ten years".
Meanwhile the Obama-style campaign of the NDP promised to cancel an pipeline project that hadn't even been officially proposed yet, forgetting their membership is made up of unionized roughnecks, drillers, iron workers, and other big project professions.
What the opposition in the US has to learn is how to point out failure of the ideology and get passed the vote buying that is inherent in the whole program
