If Trump wins, could Obama declare an emergency suspension of the constitution?

Let me make it more simple. You know how when you got a bad report card mom would take your favorite toy away? Well, this is the same basic principle. The American people have proven they cannot be trusted with the tremendous responsibility of voting, and the privilege of voting needs to be taken away until we learned how to be an informed and tolerant electorate. We have a president who doesn't relish power and is a great leader so now would be as good a time as ever for the American voters to be "grounded".
 
Obama will track Trump voters, round them up after the election and fill up empty walmarts with them. republicans should stay home for their own good.
